Always a great burger & never a wait. Fast friendly service with cool atmosphere. This store caters mostly to surrounding hotels so if there's no big events in town it's easy in/easy out.

It's always busy to the point of crowded, noisey to the point that normal conversation is impossible. Food was good, a bit overpriced, service for our group of 20+ was a bit slow but that's today's normal.

Arrived at 5pm and ordered the $5 chicken finger special and yes we were served dark brown very brittle left over from lunch chicken fingers. Impossible to cut with a fork, difficult to cut with a knife. Ok to warm up a special a litle later, but these were recooked in the fryer. Shame on the line chef and shame on the server for delivering them to us. No, I didn't complain. Nothing spoils an out to eat event like explaining to staff their incompetence. And thanks to the waitress for initially charging me $4.50 for the $3 meal companion side salad. Yes, I noticed and challenged it and you reacted so quickly because you knew it was wrong. I have dozens and dozens of restaurant options in Carmel, why should I go back?
Delicious cod platter. Both pieces were generous. Our server was wonderful, very friendly, attentive & we would definitely request him next time. We all had a wonderful meal & experience.

What a great lunch special...combo of 3 items soup or salad, a cheese burger and a cookie. Wow, what a perfect end to the meal with a warm gooey cookie!!
