It’s not necessarily this location alone, but the app they use for ordering has a tip line. I thought this company boasted that they never ask for tips… I’m really sick of this tipping culture and especially when it’s asked for up front, as well as the percentages for “suggested” tips they expect someone to pay even when they’re not getting any dine in service.

Totally messed up and forgot to place my order. When I walked in to pick up my lunch (and it wasn't there) Sarah took care of me right away and got me out the door in just a few minutes. Great food, great staff.

Underwhelming food. Chili tasted like it came straight from a can. Tiny sandwich for $9. It appears that they had gone down hill over the years, sadly.

Absolutely awful service. My husband ordered a kids spud with cheese and bacon bits, macaroni cheese and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup to take out. They omitted the cheese and bacon bits, and the macaroni cheese was missing. The manager said she would issue only a partial refund for the cheese & bacon bits and was unapologetic and rude. She called me rude for expressing my annoyance and expected me to go back to pick up the right order. Very poor customer service for their mistake. They have completely gone downhill from what it was several years back. How hard is it to get a simple order right and they were not even busy, which is not surprising.
I would give minus 5 stars if I could. I expected at least a full refund for the spud and for the trouble and time spent going back and forth in the first place. Terrible!

Terrible experience! My wife and I moved to the area and I stopped in twice for a to-go order since all of our things we packed. I have never experienced such rude behavior from someone working check out both times. I’m not an idiot and do not appreciate being treated as such when I asked a question because I have never been to this establishment. That says a lot in today’s era of horrible customer service. The good news is that there are many other choices in the area.
