It’s not necessarily this location alone, but the app they use for ordering has a tip line. I thought this company boasted that they never ask for tips… I’m really sick of this tipping culture and especially when it’s asked for up front, as well as the percentages for “suggested” tips they expect someone to pay even when they’re not getting any dine in service.

Totally messed up and forgot to place my order. When I walked in to pick up my lunch (and it wasn't there) Sarah took care of me right away and got me out the door in just a few minutes. Great food, great staff.

I have to admit, they're improving now - so I have adjusted my rating appropriately.They went through a pretty bad patch and I wasn't sure if they'd make it - but they seem to be doing better now.
