Visited at 12:30 on a Thursday for lunch. There was one employee at the counter taking an online order. 3 people were waiting for service after ordering (refills not available at the drink station, missing items from a to-go order) while an additional 6 people gathered to place their orders. There was a wait of approximately 10 minutes until another employee came forward to assist at the counter. This was unacceptable for lunch time when people are right in time. I expect better service. Food was good as always.

Dirtiest mcallisters me and my grandma have been to. There were little to no clean or bussed tables. The people were nice but the sweat tea was not sweet, the soup was very watered down with no flavor. We’ve NEVER made a complaint online before until now. We’ve always had a great experience at mcallisters but this location was not good. A worker was sitting on their phone in the bathroom the entire time we were there. I work in the food industry and this was just disappointing

I should have read the reviews instead of looking at the star total. This is the worst place to go. We ordered pickup and had to wait 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. We were not given salad dressing for the small iceberg yellow core chunks with mushy tomatoes, poor excuse for a salad. My wife had to drive all the way back to get the tiny half filled thimble sized container of the ranch since they didn't even have blue cheese. I called to give them a heads up and ended up being hung up on by the supposed lead since no manager was at the restaurant on the busiest part of a high volume sales day. The sandwich was awful with slimy meat and stale bread. McAllister used to be good but would not recommend at all.

Overpriced for the quality. Meat was cheap & gristly. Some of our sandwich meat was inedible. $85 for a carryout lunch for 4 was too much for the poor quality. We won't be back.

Bathroom & dining area was filthy.. fecal matter on toilet seats, paper all over the floors, trash bins overflowing. Service was poor and we were treated rudely. Order was messed up and when it was brought to their attention we were met with defensiveness. They did eventually correct the order bur with scowls. I would NOT recommend this location

We had a very disappointing experience. We placed an order online and accidentally forgot to select the delivery date—we meant for it to be delivered the next day. We called the restaurant immediately to correct it. First, a guy answered, then we were transferred to a lady, and finally to a manager who was extremely rude. Instead of helping us fix the order, he said he couldn’t cancel it and that he would have to eat all the food we ordered. He offered no real solution and told us we would need to place the order again for the correct date. We expected better customer service and a more professional attitude. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered a side salad add chicken and I guess that upset the lady that was putting my order together for a to go order. She was rolling her eyes and was huffing and puffing. Not sure why that upset her and on top of that I was waiting for about 20 mins and I had to ask for my drink cause they never gave it to me.

This place has gone downhill so bad! My wife and I placed a order in picked it up got home, my wife was missing her brownie, she ordered extra sour cream and butter. She had 1 sour cream and no butter. My sandwich looked like it was made a day prior. Plus we had no untinsils. Fast food would have given better service.

It took about 20 minutes to get our food dining in at lunchtime on a weekday, which wasn't terrible but was longer than expected. The sandwiches looked a little worn out but everything was hot and delicious. I would come back.

Nothing at this location is fresh. I got a salad with avocado that was mostly black, salad was wilted. My kid got fruit as a side and the grapes were rotting. Brought it up to the manager who didn't seem to care. He apparently thinks that's normal, which goes to show why this place is so bad. He replaced the avocado with another one that wasn't black, but was far from fresh mostly just slime. The one on east Washington street is way better. Also service was SLOW even though it wasn't at all busy.

These folks cannot seem to get orders right. We don't order from them very often because just about every time we place an order, it's not right. This most recent time, they weren't even busy. They're just too lazy to read the order.
