I ordered online for delivery at 11am for a business meeting. Our almost $100 order was missing 2 soups so I called the restaurant and spoke with Neil. After being told I could come pick up my soups or have them refunded, I asked if they could just be delivered like originally ordered. Then Neil hung up on me.

To say I like iced tea is an understatement. I love it!!! And this particular McAlister's Deli serves great iced tea!!! To be honest, I didn't always think this. This used to be my least favorite McAlister's to purchase tea because it didn't taste good, but that all changed a few months back. So, if you had a similar experience, you will definitely want to give this McAlister's Deli a second chance. The iced tea is amazing!!! Also, the staff here is super friendly. I am always welcomed, and I leave in a better mood. Lastly, the landscaping that was recently refreshed adds an upscale vibe, especially the rock landscaping. I can't wait for warmer weather so I can sit outside and enjoy it! Well done, McAlister's at 116th in Carmel!

Ever since Ian took over as manager this place has gotten so much better! The landscaping he just makes McCalisters feel like a cozy luxury experience. We love coming here and it keeps getting better.
