Brought friend after medical procedure, she had no food for 36 hours. She ordered a 12 in sandwich, worker entered as 6 inch. They offered to sell her another 12 inch sandwich. Did not acknowledge their error.

To say I like iced tea is an understatement. I love it!!! And this particular McAlister's Deli serves great iced tea!!! To be honest, I didn't always think this. This used to be my least favorite McAlister's to purchase tea because it didn't taste good, but that all changed a few months back. So, if you had a similar experience, you will definitely want to give this McAlister's Deli a second chance. The iced tea is amazing!!! Also, the staff here is super...

Ever since Ian took over as manager this place has gotten so much better! The landscaping he just makes McCalisters feel like a cozy luxury experience. We love coming here and it keeps getting better.
