I went right at lunch time thinking everything would be nice and hot and fresh. The fries and the chicken nuggets were not hot they were barely lukewarm. Those are the fries had no seasoning. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This was the first McDonald's I've gone to where you cannot access the drink machine or ketchup or salt or pepper on your own. You have to ask them at the front for anything you might need and they seem far too busy to assist.

They urgently need to improve! The food is taking far too long to come out. I can hear shouting, I don't know if it's the manager yelling at the employees, and it's annoying. No music playing, and the bathrooms weren't very clean. The food itself was very well prepared.

Food has been cold the last few times I have ordered here. I watched the cashier refill the ice in the soft drink machine while my stomach growled. I sat quietly as my bag of food stared back at me, open on the counter to get cold. I paid extra to add two packets of honey to my order and received two packets of HONEY MUSTARD! I didn’t even have the sauces I wanted to dip my cold chicken tenders into 😪

Just got quarter lb and fries and now have the worst diarrhea ever

Absolutely awful. Took my nephew for breakfast. They forgot half my order. Went there again for drinks, since I could get free medium fries. They took my code and argued with me at the window saying they never received it, despite showing them it had been used. Do better. I've been going here for years due to the convenience and 1/4 times my order is always messed up.

Did a mobile order and waited in line in the same spot for 20 minutes. Finally got to the screen to order and they let 4 other cars order on the other side before me, so I finally left. This store needs to get their stuff together, this was utterly ridiculous

Empty lobby in the middle of the afternoon and would only allow to go orders. Fries were cold and hard. Good luck getting your monopoly piece on the food you ordered. They claim the ordering kiosk is wrong.

Went by the drive-thru for a large milkshake. What even is this? Barely even halfway full, and filled up with whip cream to hide the fact. “Large milkshake” suuuuure. 2 stars.
Went in to grab the items they forgot to put inside the bag i wanted for 30 minutes upfront of the lobby just to get passed by the other employees working no one asked me for what i needed i tried to get many people's attention but they all just walked by me like i didn't exist, food is often times messed up as well even as simple as no pickles theirs 3 on the burger and you would think they could have proper training or just read the item but clearly they only care about doing the lest amount of work. Very upset with the service not going back to this location

For me, this McDonald's exists for the purpose of providing a tasty breakfast on my way to work. The excellence they bring to this mission is awe inspiring. The stunning efficiency with which they operate gives me a little dose of hope for the future with each meal.
