Staff was more focused on rushing rather than customer service and accuracy. Most of my food was like warm as if it had been sitting there for a few minutes. Some of my food wasn't plain like I asked, it was on the receipt, and on the ticket sticker on the food but wasn't right.

The staff was so incredibly warm and friendly, and we have never seen such a clean McDonald's in all our travels. This should be a model restaurant for all fast food establishments to follow.

I did a mobile order and after they brought my order to me it was missing something. So I called and they said they didn't have what I purchased so needed my card for a refund. When they brought my card back and I got on the interstate to head home my 10 piece nuggets were really cold!

I would rate them a 5 because I go at least 5 times per week. I like the service and the staff is friendly; but, I love playing the McDonald’s Monopoly game and I keep ordering from the game piece menu and I’m not getting game pieces. I understood the large drink but today ordered a breakfast sandwich which was on the Monopoly game menu and it didn’t have a game piece either. Bummer!

10/10/25: I mean, it's McDonald's. I didn't treat us to a five-star establishment, and I got what I paid for. The food was edible, not greasy, and everything we ordered, we received. I know it's a low bar, but it's not fine dining. Perfectly acceptable.

Absolutely the slowest McDonald's I've been too. Took literally 35mins to get my food at breakfast. Line was wrap around building. I went inside and several people was waiting like me. 2 workers is all i seen.
