Cold and uninviting. No soda machines to get a refill. Kiosks to order only. Staff was ok. Prices have increased and food quality and service have decreased. It seems as if McDonald’s is taking customer feedback and ensuring they are doing the opposite from what has worked for the last 50 years.

I made a delivery order this time around. Every order I've made has been prepared even poorer than the last. My driver also waited an extra 20 minutes while they made the order. I recommend going to the one on SR-32. Their staff at least cares about their jobs.

They kept my receipt but 01/09/25 I placed an order for two tripe cheeseburgers a large fry a small fry a mcchicken with cheese bacon and mayo and a cheeseburger add mayo. I got home and realized I’m missing two items I call they didn’t answer the first time but the second time they did well that person told me come back bring my food back with receipt so I did. Instead of them making me a new order they only replaced the two items I was missing. Now the other food is cold . Poor costumer service you suppose to say sorry and re make the order not make me keep half cold food . No sorry no refund of some sort or food just rude

Can we get someone who can understand English on what we ordered. Asked for military discount and the girl said what, then she said only on drink's. We had drinks. Worst place to go. The girl at window was not nice at all.

Huge lack of customer service. I walked in and was looked at by almost all employees in the back to not be helped and also see this gentleman on his phone. Horrible customer service.

The language of the land is English. This is the 3rd McDonald's that I've frequented recent where getting service in English is a problem.
If you can't speak the language, you shouldn't be here. If you can't hire Americans, I don't have to spend my money at your business.
Beyond that, the hamburger is now as thin as a slice of bologna. Ray Kroc would be appalled at what the company turned into.

You guys may put a guy good in the front cashier not the guy its sleeping, open his mouth like he its working on his house try to get a bad funny humor to costumer so mc Donald its provide a great costumer seevice and this one today sunday octubre 27 its not the Best one u have inside the rest

With the remodel, they no longer have a soft drink station in the restaurant, so refills are difficult / impossible depending how busy the staff is. Other than that, it's a McDonald's and you know what you get.

From the times I’ve ordered through drive thru, food was piping hot (a great thing) and yummy! When I went inside, I did realize that there’s less employee and customer interaction such as using the kiosk but there’s no free refills ‘station’ unless you ask an employee. Great food, exceptionally clean, and A1 service but sucks that McDonalds are turning into a modernized restaurant :(.
