Staff was super nice. Food was absolutely amazing. My kiddo loves the mac n cheese at the Springfield, IL location. After 2 soccer games that's all that sounded good. We found this within 20 minutes of the soccer fields and she was a happy camper!

I put this at a four-star rather than a three-star because it's a little bit over just being mediocre. Now the truth is the food was just okay didn't seem to be overly seasoned but really didn't seem to have enough seasoning to really make it stand out one way or the other but it's a good hot meal and you can get it relatively quickly the people there are great. As with anything else it wasn't cheap which is kind of surprising for a cafeteria style restaurant....

The food is good it's just sometimes it could be hotter especially the spaghetti and meat sauce we have gotten cold food there a couple of times I'm just taking the food home to heat it up.They need to use real mashed potatoes, real mashed potatoes are better than instant, anyone can tell you that
