Ran into some issues with DoorDash. The dasher got away with my order while claiming that mellow mushroom had canceled my order.The manager for mellow mushroom worked with me to resolve this issue. And let’s just say, their management is awesome! I felt well taken care of as a customer!
Food was good. Server was great. Food took too long for it to come out of the kitchen. They must of been short staffed.

The staff is absolutely fantastic Carissa, Victoria, and Katie always take great care of us. Excellent (and updated) atmosphere. As a representative from ArtistView, we decided to give this pizza place a shot, and we have to say, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. But, when it comes to the menu, we were hoping for more vegetarian and vegan-friendly options. The variety just wasn't there.We ended up ordering the "Veg Out" pizza, but it didn't hit the mark for me. The dough turned out pretty soggy, which was a letdown. I mean, with all the veggies piled on top, you'd think they'd have a trick up their sleeve to prevent that sogginess, right? And the cheese... it just didn't have that yummy, melt-in-your-mouth flavor we were craving.If we are going to recommend this place to my vegetarian pals, we need to see some changes. Maybe a separate vegan menu or some creative alternatives to keep the dough crispy. And definitely an upgrade on the cheese. I love Mellow Mushroom. This is the closest to Wisconsin, so I made a trip here. I love the pizza... did wings and mushroom soup too. Both were great. Highly recommended... pun intended!
