We absolutely love this bakery! The staff are so kind, and even remember my kids allergies so they have recommendations for their new products. We had to go into eating GF pretty quickly, and they have helped us so much in the process. We are happy to see them every week, and will keep on going as long as this bakery is around.

We have a standing order for donuts every Saturday. For freshly made gluten free all the food is very good and well priced. The manager is always super friendly to my young children. We have never not been pleased and have been going weekly for months. Worth going to even if you aren't gluten or nut free. We are really blessed to have this bakery in Carmel.

My go-to for gf baked goods in Indiana.. the english muffins toast up perfectly, the garlic breadsticks also make great little sub sandwiches, and the oatmeal dream pies are so soft and perfect. Great people, great products, so grateful they work so hard to create so many delicious gf items.

If you are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc. do not miss this bakery! The owner immediately asked about my allergies and guided me to some good options. She is so kind and attentive to customers and to her staff. I ordered a couple of items to travel home with, and the owner sealed them up so they would stay fresh for the flight. The ginger cookie sandwich with vegan cream is delicious and no different in taste, quality, or texture to a conventional dessert. Please support this bakery! What a gem for Carmel to have!

I discovered No Label when my daughter moved to Carmel and she scoped out GF options for her Celiac Mom. What a delightful discovery NoLabel was and is! That was in 2023. Now she has moved back to Michigan and I get my Pumpkin/Gingerbread fix through my subscription every month. It is a wonderful awesome treat for me every month when I get it. But then, I have to ration it for the WHOLE month! I’m gonna need more Pumpkin/Gingerbread in my subscription!

A gem in the middle of Midtown Carmel! Excellent choice for those with celiac and severe gluten allergy/sensitivity. Great options. Everything they make is also dairy-free. Great vegan options as well! Staffed by individuals on the autism spectrum, led by Chef J. Great service and great products. Have purchased birthday cakes, donuts and many other baked goodies. Would recommend! Note that there is no area for dining in (orders are for pickup).

I was looking forward to this because it had such high stars.. but when I bought the Oreo filled cream pie it was HARD as rock. I guess they serve everything frozen? and I didn’t know that. However, it still is hard hours after. I enjoy soft gluten free items.

If you have gluten issues please try this bakery. I bought a chocolate chip cookie, a gingerbread cookie and a pumpkin gingerbread loaf. The cupcake didn’t make it home. It was delicious and moist. I definitely recommend shopping here!
Was in the area for a trip and wanted to pick up some dairy free and gluten free snacks for the trip home. We bought, cake pops, apple zucchini bread, oatmeal dream cookies and a brownie. We've only tried the cake pops so far and they were delicious. I'm super excited to try the other goodies.

First time here, and we were greeted with a smile and an explanation of how many eggs it took to make this bread. The tall young gentleman at the counter was so excited and proud. “If it didn’t taste good, we wouldn’t have made it.” Great place — I love living right above them!
