Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The service we had was pretty good. Food was pricy for what we ordered. We came in around 6:45 and ordered. Food was out pretty quick.

We had to send an item back and that is not ordinary for Olive Garden. We loved the service but the issue with the entree followed by and almost 20 minute wait for a replacement, then waiting on cheese to top it, then waiting almost 30 minutes for a dessert really downgraded the experience.

Very fast service, we love the music, soup, salad, breadsticks & espresso. Create your own pasta was delicious

Love Olive Garden! The servers are friendly and the managers are on top of it. The one in Greenwood is updating some of their stuff and getting a new sidewalk. Love it! Great work guys

I had the opportunity to speak with someone name BOB when I ordered my food in the crazy time of 5:30pm. Yes, he put me on hold immediately when my call went through, but he asked to put me on hold (me knowing it’s Saturday and work is crazy atm) , I waited.

You have some good ‘HOLD’ music! Bob, talked to me about my order (because I don’t normally eat restaurant foods. HOME COOK, but I was tired).

Bob was kind and was kind enough on the last few minutes to get a couple more items in (desserts) before I arrived and was so nice about it.

I cook and if I had to look for someone who kept their cool.. I would choose Bob.

Thank you Olive Garden for having a very nice person to work with your public at this location. GOOD JOB!

I have you a 2-star, because I’m a home cook. I’m a kick ass cook. Just hungry and tired tonight. Simple Alfredo seemed reasonable.

Visited on 10/17/25 around dinner time. Food was amazing and brought out quick even with being kinda busy. Everything cooked to perfection. We loved the specialty drinks. Very unique and delicious! The staff that we interacted with were all very pleasant and genuinely seemed liked they cared about our experience.

Jerria did a great job! I've been serving for 9 years and it was so refreshing seeing her optimism and personality shining while she was taking care of my daughters and I. She was not just an order taker, she gave us an experience, which I think sets her apart from other servers. Tonight was her first night on the floor, but once she gets in her serving routine and finds her rhythm, she's gonna shiiiiiiiiiiine! If I lived nearby we would definitely be back and ask for Jerria!

Went about an hour before close (I know how frustrating that can be for closing staff) but our waitress was excellent and on top of everything! She was fantastic, I just wish I could remember her name!
