Went to Panera bread yesterday for dinner.
Spent $30 on (2) Pick Twos.
More than half the ingredients were out of stock - so our salads were merely 3/4c of solely lettuce!!!
I RARELY care to write a review but I am extremely disappointed.
Not to mention the bakery/cafe itself was a complete disgrace. Dirty and completely unorganized.
Staff were unprofessional & clearly didn’t care about any of their guests.

I went through the drive thru today for lunch 9/1/22 around noon and ordered the smokehouse bbq sandwich. At about 6pm I started having horrid gastro issues and they’ve gotten even worse from there. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Donia (a manager) and let her know the situation to see if they’d received any other complaints so they could stop serving the chicken.
