We love Panera Bread. My favorites things there are the Fuji Apple Chicken salad and the Asian Sesame Chicken salad and the Balsamic Chicken Greens & Grains salad. And my favorite soup is the Autumn Squash soup. Anytime I'm craving salad you'll find me @ Panera. They actually have quite a variety of salads-15 different kinds actually, so there's something for every palate. They also have some new salads they've just added. They also have several wonderful sandwiches also. And another favorite thing I love there is their bakery. They also serve breakfast until 10:30 am. In their bakery they have several kinds of homemade bagels, cookies, scones, muffins, etc. You can also buy fresh baked loaves of bread there. If you are craving fresh and tasty you can't go wrong at Panrta Bread.

My family had a great experience here last night. Panera seems to be hit or miss depending on location, but food here was good and one of their staff members, MJ, was very cheerful and friendly which makes all the difference.

One star does not mean I hated it at all. They aren't what they used to be at all either. I had the Asiago chicken whatever it was. It was Terrible!! The chicken wasn't seasoned at all. I ended up feeding it to my trashcan. Love those Asiago bagles! That's the only reason I tried it.

I order delivery from this store and every single time without fail they mess up the order. It is extremely frustrating. I order a pick two and every time I get a pick 1. They don’t answer the phone when you try to rectify the situation either. I am tired of wasting my money at this store. Please get it together

I ordered Panera through doordash. I ordered a large diet Pepsi. I didn't realize until I had finished it that it was a regular pepsi. This is the second time that Panera has served me regular Pepsi instead of diet and the second time I've had to go to the hospital because I'm diabetic. If you have any problems with diabetes or having to have your order a certain way do not get food from Panera.

Food took forever in the drive through even tho the place was empty. Then they forgot the dressing for my salad, so it was super bland when I got home.
Went back a few months later and they gave me the wrong sandwich.

Good Panera location. The chicken noodle soup was great! The staff were all friendly and were consistently tidying up the dining room. Not all of the booth outlets worked which was a slight inconvenience when trying to get work done.

Dont get breakfast here if you need to go to work. Food takes forever to come out. Got one bagel and a sandwich. There was only one other person waiting with me. Both of us waited over 20 minutes to get our food.
I was hopeful this Panera would be less dysfunctional than the one on Keystone but as far as I can tell, it's not.
Reader beware: Once you enter the drive thru, there's no opportunity to exit until you've made it all the way through.
I learned this the hard way after entering the drive thru with only one car in front of me. I waited for 15 minutes at the speaker before being asked for my order, and then waited another ten minutes for a sliced and toasted bagel?
25 minutes for a bagel that I have to put my own cream cheese on? Not worth the wait. Go to Einsteins down the street, instead. Wish we had a good local bagel shop up here!

Will not be back to this Panera… I noticed not one but 2 eyelashes in my sandwich … brushed the first one off and thought it may just be mine then realized the second one and it was in the bread sticking out ..

Needed a delivery today. Called prior day to give them a heads up and I had the most pleasant associate answer the phone (Karli - I believe - sp?) and was so helpful. She made me feel like a true customer. Placed ordered online that night. Called today to confirm and then the manager on top of speaking with Karli again was over the top helpful, even though they were busy inside taking care of clients. I just wanted to say thank you! It was nice to feel taken care of ... Hope you are truly recognized for your customer service!

My first visit in a while (since recent changes?). Order prepared quickly. Staff friendly and welcoming. The downside is the food. It's just average, nothing special. Panera used to be my go-to for a fast but delicious alternative to the bland that overwhelms the industry. Even my usual fresh baguette order was just ho-hum. So, yes, good value for the price but they've slipped a bit.
