Food took forever in the drive through even tho the place was empty. Then they forgot the dressing for my salad, so it was super bland when I got home.
Went back a few months later and they gave me the wrong sandwich.

Good Panera location. The chicken noodle soup was great! The staff were all friendly and were consistently tidying up the dining room. Not all of the booth outlets worked which was a slight inconvenience when trying to get work done.

Dont get breakfast here if you need to go to work. Food takes forever to come out. Got one bagel and a sandwich. There was only one other person waiting with me. Both of us waited over 20 minutes to get our food.

I was hopeful this Panera would be less dysfunctional than the one on Keystone but as far as I can tell, it's not.
Reader beware: Once you enter the drive thru, there's no opportunity to exit until you've made it all the way through.
I learned this the hard way after entering the drive thru with only one car in front of me. I waited for 15 minutes at the speaker before being asked for my order, and then waited another ten minutes for a sliced and toasted bagel?
25 minutes for a bagel that I have to put my own cream cheese on? Not worth the wait. Go to Einsteins down the street, instead. Wish we had a good local bagel shop up here!

Will not be back to this Panera… I noticed not one but 2 eyelashes in my sandwich … brushed the first one off and thought it may just be mine then realized the second one and it was in the bread sticking out ..

Needed a delivery today. Called prior day to give them a heads up and I had the most pleasant associate answer the phone (Karli - I believe - sp?) and was so helpful. She made me feel like a true customer. Placed ordered online that night. Called today to confirm and then the manager on top of speaking with Karli again was over the top helpful, even though they were busy inside taking care of clients. I just wanted to say thank you! It was nice to feel taken care of ... Hope you are truly recognized for your customer service!

My first visit in a while (since recent changes?). Order prepared quickly. Staff friendly and welcoming. The downside is the food. It's just average, nothing special. Panera used to be my go-to for a fast but delicious alternative to the bland that overwhelms the industry. Even my usual fresh baguette order was just ho-hum. So, yes, good value for the price but they've slipped a bit.

Tasty food, small portions. No ambiance…lacks warmth or thoughtful decor, in line with all Panera Bread eateries I have visited.
Very relaxing. Good food. The kiosk needs repaired. Until then I would advise for staff to take orders at the register or write them down. If not, shut down Panera. Took them 3 x's to get three people's orders correct. This is usually one of my go to places to eat.

Food was excellent as usual at any Panera Bread. The staff were joking around and blocking the soda machine. They weren’t paying attention to the customers. Maybe it’s a one off. I’ve only been to this location the one time.

One thing I hate about Panera Bread is they don’t usually tell you when they’re out of a product when you’re placing an order. I got the grilled chicken and avocado blt which usually comes with rustic sourdough. I don’t know what type of bread this is but I couldn’t eat it.
