I was helped by Kurt, the manager who was very friendly and nice. His good service lifted my spirit as I had had a hard day at work delivering.
My plate was given beautifully and the food was hot and great tasting.

I’ve went to this location for years. Unfortunately, I will never go again, extremely poor service, 20 minutes in the drive thru for two sandwiches. Asked the guy at the window how much longer would we have to wait and he said who knows and closed the drive thru window. Came back sandwiches were cold and disgusting. I threw them in the trash. I will never waste my money coming here. Very sad, please close down!!!

We order Panera regularly, but this was our 1st time at this location and it was easily the best made sandwich I’ve ever had from any Panera :)
We ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru.

This drive through is physically designed so poorly. It’s impossible to see the curb cut that is insane when there is a car in front of you. I pulled up and it shifted my entire car and I started freaking out, and was like “no way I’m the only one who has done that.” And then the car behind me did it too!!!!

Ghetto location, super cramped, the tables are wobbly, the staff is arguing and taking forever to make the food, the fountain drinks didn't work and there was no tea in any of the fountains. Then the side door opens and closes and makes the whole inside area bitter cold just like outside, they should really lock that side door. I'm surprised Panera doesn't move to a better location especially since it's in Carmel, I just expected a better experience in Carmel. They should probably rent a better building with more space.

It took about 15 minutes for someone to come meet me at the front desk. employees were yelling at each-other using inappropriate language telling each-other to go tend to the front desk all were reluctant. eventually my order was taken, i got some soup and a drink. it took very long for my order to be done and AFTER i wasn’t given my drink. i asked if it was in the bag? and they said no, then gave me an empty cup of ice. i turned back and said i got a latte? they then proceeded to make me one. they completely forgot my drink

Glad to see I’m not the only one star review on Google. The manager of this place has lost all control of the quality of their food and staffing. Three teenagers shooting the shit while one actually does real work.

I know it is hard to find good help but if you can’t figure it out just close down.

I get iced black tea every day at various Panera locations. I visited this location today, and it was FILTHY. Dirty dishes and trash everywhere. The iced tea dispenser was disgusting…it had some kind of white residue all of the inside of it. When I tasted the tea, I immediately poured it out and left without a tea that I had paid for. The tea tasted horrible, as if they hadn’t cleaned the dispenser in days. For $4 for a large drink, I would expect that they would at least keep the dispensers clean. I am now on my way to another location to get a decent tea.

So slooooow… and chaotic in food prep area. 16 min waiting on my food while they passed my order up over and over. In the end I got a hot latte and a cold sandwich (was hot at some point). No smiles, everybody is grumpy, even the manager. Such a lovely place… 🫤

What is going on with this location?!! When we arrived to dine in this morning there were absolutely no food items in the display cases. Two staff members were present but never acknowledged us or waited on us. No explanation given. We left and drove to the Greyhound Pass location where we had a very pleasant breakfast.
