Saw a rat during my dining experience. Unprofessional, this location needs some type of exterminator if they are in the dining area. I am deathly afraid of both rats and food contamination by rodents. Makes you wonder whether or not this location has roaches or other pests too. Will be in contact with department of health very soon and plan to come in to talk to a manager.

i went there at 6:09 for an online order. they said that the food was done. i went up and told them my name FOUR TIMES and spelled it out, and this guy just says ‘oh it’s being made.’ so i was like ok. it was just a bowl of broccoli cheddar and a piece of bread. so i waited, and at this point people who ordered after me in person were done with their food so i went up and decided to ask again, and at that point they asked for the name again, when i had been standing there the whole time at the checkout, and said it’ll be a few more minutes. again, it is litterally a bowl of soup. eventually i did get it after 45 minutes, and mind you i had other things to do, and all i got was the soup, and NO BREAD?! like what? 1 star.

This Panera bread was out of bread. How does a Panera bread run out of bread? We had to order our you pick two sandwiches on bagels and they charged us extra for it. Then they messed up our order. 2/10 Breadless Panera Bread.

It's been a while since we've been to Panera. We returned this weekend and we didn't regret it. The super creamy soup, I loved it. Not to mention the sandwiches. Everything delicious! The place is clean, and a good atmosphere to go with the family. We will go again for sure!

Do not order delivery from this location. I have ordered several times and not received my food. I put the address and business name and suite number and they still can't find the location. I don't think they care.

A big shout out to Bryce for fixing my order! I did not get the correct sandwich for my online order at lunch. No big deal, just a mistake. However, after work I went back in to notify the manager. Bryce made me a delicious sandwich and added in a cookie. Great customer service!
Place was busy. But for the $ there are better choices. Got a large mac and cheese , cost me $10. Wife got a chicken sandwich cost another $10. Probably half the size of what we expected. Taste was okay. Nothing to write home about. Probably won't ever go back.

I enjoy Panera Bread's tomato soup and grilled cheese combo. The tomato soup is consistently rich and comforting, complementing the grilled cheese sandwich. However, they often run out of or serve cold coffee in the evenings, which can be disappointing.
