18+ minutes placed in call for hold is absolutely insane to me, do not order from here, if they dont care for phone calls they wont care for your food's safety

There is apparently a problem with delivery… It looks like it was dropped on the ground. Instead of putting it on here, I tried to contact Papa John’s twice to make sure they knew, but they would not contact me back won’t be ordering from here again.

Pizza was good, but whomever cut the slices didn’t do so great. If I have to use kitchen scissors to cut it, I may as well have bought an Aldi flatbread instead. :(

This place is terrible. Delivery is through Door Dash, it shows up late and so cold it’s not edible. Save yourself the hassle and never order from here.

This was the 2nd time I ordered extra dipping sauce (cheese) and didn’t get it. I ordered garlic knots and got bread no garlic, butter or anything.

I was not happy to see so much crust that wasn’t covered with toppings. I did place my order 1 1/2 hours before I wanted to pick it up, but I didn’t expect them to cook it right away.
I’m afraid this was one pizza I was not impressed with.

Beware, they will straight up lie when they take orders, says it will take 15 minutes. And I just wasted 45 minutes sitting at the shop.

Terrible disgusting cinnamon pull aparts.a couple of bites and then throw them away.
Regular crust pizza was way too thick and heavy

I tried their pizza just 3 days ago for the first time, and it was delicious. The crust was stuffed with cheese.

Yet another incorrect order. I’m done with this location with multiple incorrect orders. Reading must be hard because the correct items are on the label on the box.

I ordered a pizza and cheese sticks and never got it . I called the store and the lady told me the Door Dash guy reported it as delivered and please go outside and look around , so I did . Nope never got my pizza at all . Never again ! I am highly disappointed in the fight you go though just to get what you paid for . Never ever again !
