Literally the rudest experience ever. I go in for a pick up order and go past the counter (mind you there’s absolutely no door there or no sign saying that I can’t pass, and because there’s no door or sign it looked like a part of the establishment customers can be in) because it looked like my order was ready one a rack. I asked the worker if I can go ahead and take it and the worker says “uh I don’t know if you can be back here”, and then this horrible woman comes and yells in my face, screaming “I TOLD YOU I WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE YOU CANNOT BE PAST MY COUNTER” and actually gets all up in my face. First of all, so incredibly rude. It was a honest mistake and didn’t require yelling at a teenage girl. Secondly, I didn’t even hear this rude woman say that she will be with me in a minute because she was in the very back of the kitchen?? Also, if it was that freaking deep to you that customers can’t go past the counter, then put up a sign or door so people can’t go back there by mistake. I literally apologize and say that I didn’t know that (CAUSE THERE WASNT ANYTHING TO SUGGEST IT WASNT ALLOWED TO GO BACK THERE) and she stays rude as hell and when I start bawling and my mom comes in she’s starts acting all nice calling me “honey”. This is a Papa John’s mind you, don’t know why her ego and behavior was so horrible. Yelling like that and making a girl a third of your age cry is a mark of your character and success in life. Not sure if it was racism or jealously that your old as hell. Don’t go here, and if you do maybe yell at everyone because that’s how it seems like this Papa John’s is run.
Employees 10/10 Manager -10000/10. She is very unprofessional and screams at her employees. The role of a manager is to help her employees implement success and all she does is make it worse. Please get someone new to manage this store it would definitely be better for everyone involved!

Worst service ever – avoid at all costs.
Placed an order through their app with a promised delivery window of 30–40 minutes. Nearly two hours later, still no pizza. The manager claimed a DoorDash driver stole my order, but the tracker clearly showed three different drivers arriving, waiting 5–10 minutes, and leaving because the food wasn’t even ready. Instead of owning up to the delay, the manager rudely shifted blame to the drivers. Completely unprofessional. Save your money and take your business to a place that values its customers.

They don't wear gloves and pick their noses' and wedgies' before preparing/boxing your pizza. Icky
Wouldn't even bother, it's always an automated answering system or if you do get through to the store they either don't answer or hang up on you. I ordered a custom half n half, both sides were wrong. Delivery is through door dash and the driver couldn't read English or follow instructions and drove my dogs crazy, still did even understand what I was saying in person face to face. Avoid this place and all others

food came 2 hours late but service fully refunded me and remade my order free. Manager walked out but employees did a great job fixing the situation.

Ordered a Lg Bacon & Jalapeño thin crust & a meat lovers stuffed crust. The thin crust was pretty light on toppings compared to a similar pizza from most other places around Carmel, but the meat lovers looked good.
Ordered carry out through the app and arrived a couple minutes after the app said it was ready. I then had the pleasure of waiting at the counter with 2 other people for around 15 minutes looking at my order before being helped. I understand it was right during the dinner rush, but watching 3 people actually work and 1 grey haired man stand there watching them without lifting a finger to help (either cutting & boxing or addressing the customers waiting at the counter) aside from commenting about how many orders they had was rough. Once I finally got it and got home (a 7 minute drive) the food was lukewarm & the thin crust had gotten floppy.
If it’s the policy that (who I assume is) the delivery driver can’t do any other work, then it’s an awful policy. And if that is not the policy, then he’s just a bad worker that is bringing their team down. I’ll probably go the store in SW Carmel instead next time. It’s a longer drive but hopefully I won’t be stuck looking at my order get cold for 15 minutes

If zero stars was possible that would be my rating. An entire change in staff needs to happen. Placed a carryout order and the app said it was ready so I go to pick it up. Made me wait an HOUR and gave me no reason as to why it was taking an hour after they had it marked ready. Got parm garlic breadsticks and a large pepperoni pizza. They gave me plain breadsticks (theres sauce on maybe half of one individual breadstick) and my pizza looks as though someone punched it??? Never had an issue at any other location with this simple order. Beyond frustrated.

This location has started using door dash to do their deliveries. This has been an absolute disaster. Got my order an HOUR after the time I selected.. I got someone else's order. Two small pizzas. I ordered 3XL pizzas and 2 breads ticks to feed 15 people. Called the store, and they apparently handed the driver the wrong order....I've ordered delivery from them twice in the past few months (only twice because of delivery experience) Apparently I haven't learned my lesson. Both times, I've set the delivery time, and received the order almost an hour after the time I selected for delivery. Some of this may be a door dash driver issue, but if a well known and successful pizza location can't deliver with their own drivers or at least send out the correct orders, and leave consumers to suffering the delays and issues then they dont get repeat business.
Don't go to this location, waited over 2 hours.

Will NEVER order from them again; 1.5hrs after app order it said delivered, never got a pizza. If you are going to be In The Pizza delivery business you need to figure it out. Called them for credit; waited 20 mins on hold. Spend your money elsewhere !!!
