We had a great time at Pho Plus! The atmosphere was calm, and the food was great. Our server Luke, was very professional and friendly and helped us get everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean and sanitary.

Then eat here !! The food is delicious, high quality, fresh, healthy and affordable!

I was treated horribly from the moment I walked in. Service was slow, cold, and unwelcoming. I was charged twice for my order — over $130 — because their card machine wasn’t working. Instead of fixing their mistake, the owner and his wife became aggressive and unprofessional.
The owner’s wife yelled at me and my daughter, which was humiliating and completely unacceptable. They even called the police over their own error. When the police arrived, they were on my side.
The entire situation felt racist, hostile, and disrespectful. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone. Update. Horrible experience from start to finish. From the managers to the waitress, the service and professionalism at this place is unacceptable. I returned today to get a refund after being scammed and improperly charged. They lied and claimed I didn’t have enough funds to cover my bill, which was completely false—I had more than enough money on several cards, well over the total amount due.
When I called the police today to resolve the situation, they then tried to refuse returning my money unless I removed my review, which is unethical and wrong. I made it clear that I would continue to leave reviews and also contact the Attorney General.

We have to say, this restaurant is an absolute hidden gem! Their portions are incredibly generous; we couldn't finish everything, so we were able to pack up the leftovers to eat tomorrow. It was so satisfying!

We traveled from Greenwood to Carmel and tried this Vietnamese noodle shop – it was really good! The portions were generous, the flavors were authentic, and the service, especially the warm hospitality of the staff, was excellent. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back next time we're in Carmel.

Wow, that's fantastic! A Vietnamese noodle shop has opened near my home, and the beef broth is authentic. Most importantly, I don't feel thirsty after finishing the soup, unlike other places where I immediately need to drink water after eating the noodles. It's a truly authentic Vietnamese noodle shop worth visiting!
