Food here is fantastic. Waitresses all seem nice and tend to do a good job. I typically will order several cocktails when I go out for dinner. If you’re a restaurant/bar business owner, you know alcohol sales is where you can really turn a profit. Unfortunately the red headed manager/bartender at this establishment likes to measure all of his pours! Whether it’s a glass of wine or a mixed drink. Very bad business move. You may think you’re making the owners happy, but you are making the customers angry. If we are in there spending money, STOP MEASURING YOUR POURS!!! No excuses!! If I get a good drink I will order more. And tip more. Which means more money for the establishment!!

Fantastic food and service! I'll start with pizza, boy was it ever good! We had the house, cheese pizza and added sautéed mushrooms and sausage. It was so full of flavor and the crust was crispy, perfectly crunchy, with the grilled flavor we love! The service was wonderful, friendly and our server was proud to work there! She was also a bartender there and invited us back! You could tell how much she enjoyed working there! If you love a wood grilled pizza, this is a must try !

Delicious, as always. Calabrian Rigatoni is a family favorite… but so is the warm ricotta, anything on polenta, chicken parmigiana on angel hair pasta… any pizza… dry rub wings…yum.

From the get-go, our welcome into the restaurant was warm and exciting. The hostess directed us to a warm and comfortable seat, and our server was right to our table with water after we settled. Maddie O. was an excellent server! She was quick with taking care of us and was easy to talk to. She always took care of her other tables while making sure we were covered as well. The food was excellent and Liam S. made an excellent Bandito. Tate made wonderful drinks and Hannah C. suggested a perfect beer. I highly recommend Pizzaology as The place to go and you’ll be well served with all of these people, and I can’t wait to come back and learn more of the Science of the Za.

We had a great time overall. Parking gets busy on the evening and waiting time is between 45-80 mins on a very busy Friday. We ordered artichoke dips starter, pistachio & pepperoni pizza. Everthing went well. Our waitress was very friendly. They have a cute covered patio, and big indoor area with Vespa pictures on the wall. I think its one of the best pizza. We have been coming here since 2014 and pizza is excellent !!

Very nice workers and service. The pizzas we had were okay, a little pricey for the portions. We ordered takeout so maybe it's more of a "pay for the ambiance" kind of place, which did seem great!

Update!The manager is SO sweet and reached out to me. She invited us back for dinner. It was a completely different experience and the pizza was even better! Thank you so much Carlee! Hands down the best pizza we have tried and I highly recommended the gnocchi dessert.—————————————————————-My husband, 8 month old, and I went to Pizzology. We got there at 6:00p.m. andI ordered a glass of wine and my husband ordered a Diet Coke, which we got in a timely manner. I ordered a personal pizza with ground pepperoni, banana pepper and green olive. My husband ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni and banana pepper. Our waitress didn’t write this down and actually came back to the table to confirm my husband’s order.The table behind us got their appetizer, dinner, dessert, check and left before we got asked if we wanted a refill (about an hour and a half into service). My daughter started to get fussy, so at that point, I asked for our dinner to go. When we received our dinner, I checked my pizza and it was wrong. We paid, which also took entirely too long to receive our change and left. We ate our pizza when we got home and it was really good! Wish I had been able to eat it while in the restaurant and it was still warm.

Pizzology was a trendsetter years ago, and they've maintained excellence in food, quality, options, and service. It's a great spot to grab a unique and different style of pizza. One of my friends cooks using an Ooni pizza oven for group get together and parties, and many times his greatest hits are re-creations of Pizzology menu favorites.
