They missed my wings in my order and when I went back to get it, and I was met with some kind of attitude. I had to drive 30 mins extra cuz of their mistake and they have the audacity to be rude, cant make this up.

The food is never fresh. The customer service is a hit or miss. It’s never professional though. And the attitudes are unnecessarily. They should call Crown Point and ask them how to make fresh meals so the food tastes better and possibly get some pointers on customer service. Even the manager here gives sad, yes sad, service. I gave them 3 tries and with that being said I will never return again. Do better.

So our food was fine BUT the only issue is and this needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY! So one item was wrong so we backed up to the window . The kid took back the Mac n cheese we got in exchange for our red beans and rice we asked for and he put it right back on the hot shelf ,even though it had left the window and was in our hands when we handed it to him . Never in my life have I ever been asked for the food back and then watch them put it right back on the hot shelf. I know for a fact when this type of situation happens the food is supposed to be thrown away immediately. So who knows what else this kid or anyone else at this store dropped or taken back and people eat it . That is a huge safety concern and I hope the general manager sees this because If I just happened to be recording y'all would have been in big trouble ! I suggest you retrain ALL your employees there because... GROSS !

I live 30 mins from this location and will drive here whenever I crave some Popeyes. The best staff and quality of food keeps me coming back. I always have a good experience here and will always count this one as the best location.

I placed an order online last night. I proceeded to the drive thru window (there where no cars in line) I was told by a male employee that I needed to drive back around and request my pickup through menu board where you normally order. I said there is no one here. So I drove around and said I have a pickup and was immediately directed the come to the drive thru window. REALLY??? I ordered a 9 piece white meal for 20 and got 9 wings I was never given my large side of coleslaw!!! Do you normally give your customers all wings??? I also ordered a 3 piece white meal regularly and given spicy. I normally frequent this Popeyes a few times a month. I spend 28 dollars last night and was treated like trash and my order was completely messed up! I would not recommend this place ever!
