Had a really long day and wanted to get some wings and fries. So I pulled up to the drive-through and I didn’t hear what this girl was talking about so I said I wanted a fries and some wings. She yelled at me she said “can you just hold on just for a minute”. She was not friendly at all. When I got my order, I asked one of the worker to get me another drink because the Coke taste weird but he was insisting that it was a regular Coke and I said I know that it’s a regular Coke, but it tastes weird. He took The Coke and he Seemed pissed. Every single time I go to Popeyes, the customer service is just really bad. Except there’s one day there was this lady and she was really sweet and understanding because I had a really bad day and I kind of want to just get something from Popeyes. That’s the only worker that I like from Popeyes. The rest of them are really really really Rude

I ordered a 6pcs ghost pepper wing meal. The mac and cheese and the beverage were the best items. The biscuit was old and hard and I had to throw the wings away. They tasted old as in if they had been fried twice and only 3 pieces were actually wings. The other 3 items reminded me of balls of chicken that come in a freezer bag of frozen wings. I was highly disappointed in my meal that if I didn't stay 20 mins from the location and it if wasn't after 730pm I would have returned the food. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time that I had not such a good experience. I just assumed the first time they were having a bad day and this time confirmed it's the location.
