Took 25 minutes and then didn’t even bring what we ordered. Even said it’s not what you ordered exactly but close. No offer of reduced purchase amount or here’s some biscuits on us. Then it was cold so I think they actually forgot us and made do with what they had. It’s always something with this Popeyes location. I think we’re finally done with Popeyes.

Man the service at this location was awesome. I felt welcomed. It's crazy I had to travel almost 2 hours for a good Popeyes. I really wanted to try their wings. I got the roasted garlic parmesan. I think I had the spicy instead of the original. The flavor was good. They were just too spicy for me. Overall 8/10. I would try them again just not the spicy kind unless they are all spicy ?

Only drive through I know of in this area that charges .50 for a small cup of water. I like Popeyes but will never go back.
Decent service, fries are often coldUpdate: recently, I was made aware of the app and have since had a pretty solid streak of positive experiences here. Even when something is awry with my order, the staff have been awesome at making things right. Despite having previously experienced an unapologetic lack of consistency in the past, it's clear that this location is on the up and up.

I gave Popeyes one last chance here in Carmel, Indiana. I called in advance to see if they have Chicken Sandwiches. Yes.I waited in a line of 4 cars for 25 minutes, and once I paid, I was asked to pull over to wait. 30 minutes later I walked into the restaurant and asked for my money back, but was told my order (ONE CHICKEN SANDWICH AND FRIES) was being loaded. Sitting there, I realized that they only cook food when it’s ordered.Grade: Fnever again

Good food, though the chicken breast on my sandwich was about 1/2 the size im used to getting.Restroom was dirty with an overflowing urinal, toilet unflushed.My gift card wouldnt scan and i asked the employee if he could key it in manually, he just saod he cant do that even though other locations have done that before.

Employees are incompetent and unable to follow basic instructions. A “plain chicken sandwich” has no pickles and no mayo. Even when they take the order properly, whoever bags the meals can’t read.
