I got the pick 2 with Mac and cheese and turkey on wheat with a dream bar. I specifically asked if the dream bar had coconut and was told no. When in fact it did have coconut. A waste of $2.34 Mac and cheese was dry and unflavored. You can tell the re-thermalizer was too high. Because the Mac was not creamy. I've never been to potbelly, so my first and last time...I was disappointed ?

Stopped in for lunch with a coworker, and had never been before. I didn't know what to get, and just so happened that the owner or manager of this location was sitting there working on the computer. Suggested I get "A Wreck" their most popular item nationwide, and add the hot peppers. Delicious sandwich and those hot peppers will sneak up on you! Very nice clean place for a delicious sandwich, and a nice conversation with the owner/manager!

The food was very good. I ordered a skinny sandwich and soup combo. The chicken pot pie soup was very hearty. There were lots of veggies in it. Initially there was an ingredient forgotten on my sandwich, but as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, they were happy to fix it for me and even provided compensation for the mistake. If I'm in the area again I would definitely return. The staff was very kind and helpful. I get their powerhouse salad about once or twice a week. At least half the time they forget the dressing. Today I ordered for my family and had 3 salads with no dressing. I called several times over the course of 30 minutes. No one ever answered the phone once. Terrible customer service and attention to detail.

The food was delicious. Well prepared and presented well. The atmosphere is it's own experience. There was a small hiccup with one of the staff. I went in with a group of people where most of them had not been there before. One staff member was very short and irritated that didn't know what they could put on the sandwich and was irritated when asked.Other than that. It was a good experience and will go again.

Holy cow, the hummus is so hot it’s burning my tongue as I type. Never had hot hummus. Is it supposed to be like that? It was on my salad. My husband liked his original a wreck sandwich. My chili was good. There was confusion amongst staff for some reason several times over my order when ordering half soup and salad straight from the menu???

Potbelly's is Potbelly's. You know what you're going to get and if you haven't had their food definitely give it a try. The issue is this location...can't seem keep staff....poor staff planning... online ordering sometime works.... management/ownership needs to figure it out or get out of the way and let someone else run it.

Kroger Italian treo is better for the money and tastes the same.I also had the potato soup ?. It was very bland, I had to spice it up. May as well get the Campbells potato soup but if you’re out and want soup, pass on the potato soup and try something else.Dietary restrictions: Very bland, no seasoning
