The restaurant made my son's birthday a little extra special with a dessert menu that had his name on it and a gift certificate for $25 off his next visit. The service was as great as the food. When we left I was thinking about when I could return for another delicious meal.

The atmosphere and service were excellent. I've been to the restaurant quite a few times, but this was our first time celebrating an event and your staff made my dad's birthday celebration special. The small touches, the food, and the servers were great. You adhered to my accommodation request and made everyone feel comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We'll be back soon.

Brennan and Megan were both amazing in taking care of us. They gave great menu advice, were quick on their feet with friendly banter, our drinks were always full and empty dishes gone as soon as we were finished. Top notch, high quality service. The food was cooked to perfection and the lobster Mac and cheese and wagyu tacos were amazing compliments to our incredible steaks. We visit the Carmel prime 6 or 7 times a year and are always blown away by the food and friendliness of the staff. Today was no exception. Even our brief interaction with Jaden filling up water was friendly and professional. Thank you, prime, for always raising the bar for food and professional, yet friendly (not stuffy) service. We have dined at Prime 47 numerous times over the years and were very disappointed with our recent visit. Although our waiters were friendly, once the food arrived, they did not come back for quite some time. When ordering I asked whether the jalapeno potatoes would be spicy and was assured they were not. They were super spicy, even for my husband who likes spicy foods. When our steaks were delivered, the waiter forgot to ask us to cut into them. My husband ordered his medium rare and it was light pink- so overcooked. No one came back to check on us for quite a while, so he just ate it. The manager did stop by, and we told him about the steak and potatoes. He offered to get another steak but we declined. Neither of our steaks had any seasoning. The manager did bring us different potatoes and took the cost of our drinks off the bill. My husband ordered bourbon with a large rock of ice. Our waited made a show of pointing out the engraved emblem on the large rock "Prime 47". It was a nice touch until we noticed on the bill that we were charged $1 for the large rock! A nice steakhouse should not nickel and dime their customers. The free dessert and comps on the bill will not be enough for us to return.

One of the best steak restaurants in Indy, and that is saying a lot. Excellent appetizers and entrees. Desserts are average but decent. Although very busy, service was great. Highly recommended!

From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we walked out staff and food was excellent. We celebrated our anniversary and they did their upmost do make it special. Staff: attentive, informative and showed they cared. Food: one word amazing! Thank you for a wonderful evening!!!

My husband and I celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversary today and decided to try Prime 47 for the first time. Our waiter Brennan and his assistant Michelle were fantastic. We loved everything we ordered and they went above and beyond to make our evening special including a free dessert and gift card for our next visit. We will definitely go back there again in the future.
