Food is consistently subpar over multiple visits, speed to get food is atrocious, and it's overpriced for what it is when there are better options for Italian food in the area. Worth it to go elsewhere with better food, service, and pricing.

I recently dined at puccini's and it was an incredible experience! The pizza and pasta were absolutely delicious—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a great meal.But what really stood out was the exceptional service. Our server, a lovely young woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our dining experience was top-notch and even gave my kidos stickers at the end of our meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and she had such a warm and genuine personality that added to the overall enjoyment of our meal.

The food was excellent. They have an outdoor patio that is a nice quiet setting with a fountain within view that makes it nice and relaxing. Our waitress Margaret and the manager Emma made our visit delightful with there friendliness. 5 stars across the board. My family and i will be back.

Food is always great here, but I usually carry out. Today, I decided to eat in and the service was beyond slow. I had to waive down the bus girl just to get a refill on my drink. Feel free to eat here because it's good, but don't sit down or you'll be here for a while.
