Puccini's Pizza Pasta-West Clay

We did two carry out Italian Sub sandwiches which were served in small pizza boxes. The boxes were soaked with Italian dressing, the meats seemed to be hard from cooking to long, the lettuce was soggy wet from dressing, and the buns were soaked too. Both my wife and I felt sick a few bites in and threw them away.

⏳ DINE-IN IS NOT RECOMMENDED. The service is TOUGH! I would only recommend takeout at this location. If interested in dine-in, I would HIGHLY suggest the Puccini’s off Meridian near Ollie’s.

The kitchen is usually busting pizzas out for the to-go orders. But if you’re trying to dine-in, good luck 😢. I’d bring some cards or a game to keep you busy while you wait 20-30 mins to be greeted by a server.

Declining salad quality. Factory made pizza crusts noticed most recently. Too bad. We have gone to Puccinis for decades and it was always good.

Let me revise. Okay, the crust is still locally made. We just had two or three off nights with all white lettuce and few accouterments. All in all, very good food. We know, it has been a 20 year plus trip.

Calzones were excellent, lots of bread. Quick service at 8:30 on a Friday and they close at 9:30. Food was fast and delicious. Place was clean and quiet.

Terrible service. Mediocre food. Multiple tables in the restaurant with dirty dishes on them. They were dirty when we came in and dirty when we left.

Hard to imagine a place that leaves those tables like that cares one iota about hygiene in the kitchen.

This is the worst run restaurant in the history of restaurants. We ordered food and they will not stand behind when it was not delivered. This is absolutely unbelievable.

Terrible customer service, I went to the counter to order a pizza, and they told me to sit at any table, I went and we sat down, then the waitress came and told us to get up because there was going to be a party, and we said no no problem, we got up and moved tables, we wouldn't even sit at that table and they told us to move from there, they put 5 chairs without a table, so we would wait, when we had already ordered the pizza at the counter, and there were unoccupied tables, all the people who were around were staring at us because of the treatment they were giving us, we felt discriminated against and we took it as racism, the waitress was rude to us because in the end she told her partner to serve us, and she left. If you are Hispanic, don't go, they are racist.

Services was awesome! Super helpful and refills were ready before we even asked! Food was great! Will definitely be going again!
