QDOBA Mexican Eats

Last night I had an unfortunate situation where the store closed early and had accidentally given my order out to another customer. I called today and the staff made it absolutely right by me. Christina the General Manager is doing a wonderful job! Thank you!!!!!!

Guy making my burrito was super slow, missed half of what I ordered. Still tastes good. Lesson learned not to order online at this location.

Multiple times this location disappoints.
Sunday afternoons, dirty, no knives, one employee didn't know which salsa is which, another employee doesn't speak and half heartedly throws food on your order, person in the back leaves a grill full of steak on the grill for over 25 minutes, veggies are soggy & colorless. It was just bad.

The gentleman making the food with the red hair at around 2pm was great. He was smiling the whole time throughout a rush and was very nice to everyone. We tipped, hoping that he would receive some of that. Seems like a great team member. ??

Not a single piece of toilet paper or paper towels in the women’s bathroom at 3:43 pm. Shame

Workers were rude when someone took my order. Will call my credit card company to turn them in for fraud of charging my credit card but receiving no food.

When we went, they were out of a few items including cilantro and I got the last tiny bit of brown rice but they needed to add more white rice to it. But our burrito and bowl were both OK. We sat outside since it was a nice day.

Total disorder and excessive waiting, I do not recommend it

Jacobi at the Clay terrace location made our evening great. Great service and as always, a great dinner!
