I’m very upset on my recent pick up here. I get there at 10:40 am and not a single food item is out. I waited 15 mins to finally order and there’s no sauces. They told me it would be ANOTHER 15 mins. So I just ate the dried steak and rice. After waiting for half an hour I still paid FULL PRICE. Btw I was the first one to enter in this location cause the doors was still locked.

DO NOT come to this location they’re disgusting and RUDE. I came in to get food and the lady literally didn’t greet me but helped a couple behind me and when I politely waited until she was done with the other people she was rude and did not want to prepare my food and another employee was digging in her nose and blowing her nose on her shirt. When I say I will NEVER come back to this location I mean it and I will be sure to tell others as well.

The employees act like they are being held against their will. Not a smile in sight, everyone is miserable and quiet. It is a very uncomfortable feeling in there.

Got there at 10:30 when they opened and an employee walked right up to the door then filled up the ice tea machine and walked away. 3-4 minutes later someone else opened it up. They didn't have multiple items ready to order. I was in a hurry and this was aggravating. The rice wasn't even ready and they must have stopped cooking it too soon to make up for it because the rice was hard . Overall the food matched the experience which was bad.

I’ve worked in food before so this is frustrating for me to write, but I ordered ahead for pickup and when I got back home my order was wrong. No big deal, but I call and ask if I can get refunded and they said they don’t do that, but if I come back in they can give me a free entre card. I am not spending another 30 minutes round trip to fix your mistake. I ordered through the app, rectify it! Damn, no customers even in there either so I know it was just some stoned crew member and not a mistake because they were so slammed. Brutal.

First of all I left all the restaurants to come here thinking it would be good, but it was the worst experience ever! As soon as we walked in I felt like the young black lady was rude but I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover. As soon as it was our turn she just looked at us not even saying anything. Assuming that she wanted us to order, we ordered our food. She already looked upset and didn’t say anything while making the food. Then we said that we wanted lettuce and guacamole on the tacos she said “lettuce and corn?” We corrected her and she said ok so we thought everything was good. Then when the guy made the food he put lettuce and corn. When we told him we didn’t want corn, him and the lady both said “that’s what you asked for” even though we said guacamole more than three times. The lady then said with an attitude, “I will dump it out”. A different guy came in and helped us in the end. Also while all of this was happening there was a fly and nats flying around the food. The floors were also sticky. We also asked for a cup of ice and the outside of the cup had some chicken sauce or something on it. The chicken was also cold and dry. Overall this experience was bad and I will not be returning!

I made the unfortunate mistake of coming to this location without reading the reviews. This location needs some serious training in simple customer service skills. The management should not hire someone that looks like they hate to work there and hate to see a customer come into the establishment. They were out of simple ingredients and did not offer to make more (like fajita veggies). The employee opened the chip drawer to put some in a bag for my nachos and started coughing because the chips had a burnt chemical smell. I didn’t fully understand what happened until later when I smelled the chips and they were inedible. All the ingredients had a dry crusted top layer on them which was not appetizing nor fresh looking. The employee look physically irritated and the interaction was not pleasant at all. Save yourself some $$ and please go somewhere else.

The people that work here besides the General Manager are so incredibly rude and have the worst attitudes I think I have ever seen. Some of them don’t even understand english, so does not even know what the customers are saying. Beyond frustrated with this location as I love Qdoba food.
