This was my first visit. I love finding small restaurants that serve breakfast. You can't beat the feel of a small breakfast spot. Everyone is friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs with cheese, it came with three crispy slices of bacon 🥓 and hasbrowns. I was feeling adventurous and decided to try Grace's hot chocolate! Not only is the presentation fun, the taste was wonderful! All this for under $20!
The food was great, but the service was not. Empty cup went unfilled the whole time, they came and took all dishes but no check, and had to try my best to get their attention to get it. Not typically in favor of not tipping, but in this case, what would I even be tipping for?
My dad was a regular a few years back, he took me here for breakfast whenever he had me for the weekend after he moved into the area. He got along with a lot of the employees and it’s safe to say that this restaurant holds a lot of happy memories in my heart.I just want to thank the staff for being so kind to me and my dad and making some of his last years enjoyable and well fed.
