The food was served quickly. They weren't very busy so it was quiet. The burgers were fantastic as well as the gluten free bun!! It is very hard to find decent gluten free breads and we weren't disappointed. The kids enjoyed the root beer floats as well as their balloons to go.

I had probably the worst experience here. When we arrived we were seated promptly, the waitress came by for drinks and appetizer order, 2 out of the 3 drinks came and appetizer came but my daughter’s chocolate milk never came. We had to ask 3 times for this milk to finally come. When the food came out my husbands was wrong and had to be sent back. Under all the tables and the bathroom were so dirty I lost my appetite just looking. Walking to the bathroom I counted 9 dirty tables (full of half eaten food, plates trays) no one ever came to clear them off the whole time we were there and they were already sitting there when we got there. When I was halfway through my burger I bit into a piece of wax paper and a hard piece of something no one was able to identify. The manager remade it and comped only my meal but I was so grossed out already by this point I didn’t want to eat it. The waitress honestly didn’t seem to remember anything we told her, she didn’t remember our drinks or that when the cup was empty she should probably ask if we need a refill. The whole experience was just awful.

Empty on a Saturday night should’ve been our first clue. They mixed my wife’s and my sandwiches up. I ended up with a scorpion burger with blue cheese dressing on it and my wife got the blue ribbon that had my scorpion sauce on it. She doesn’t like spicy food so it was quite the letdown. We spoke with the manager and he seemed to be more interested in telling us that we should’ve paid more attention to the description of the menu and that her sandwich had the chipotle sauce on it and not the scorpion. I guess I imagined the blue cheese dressing on mine and his response was “it’s an easy mistake “. Even the strawberry shakes were done half heartedly as if for some reason they were in a hurry. Wouldn’t return. Not an issue when you make a mistake but when you make excuses and ultimately blame the customer, you should be ashamed. Invest your $$ elsewhere !!

Parking: Parking lot is in the back of the restaurant with the only access being in the front

Red Robin is fairly standard from place to place, but this one was a little different. The front door was on the opposite of the parking lot. The restaurant smelled of raw gas.

We thought that we would go in to this pland just have a nice Lunch and as soon as we walked in there , I Could smell the place and it smells like sewage I asked the employee why does it Smell so bad in here and he told me.I don't know I just got here. The smell was so bad that we did not stay.We just turned around and that it smells so bad in there and so we left

We like the burgers but the place smells a lot of grease. That could be improved and it would still be more popular.

Last night 12/21/2024 I had the worst experience in my life at Red Robin. My husband got a drink spilt on him our waitress was nice but she was not present enough our food was cold my husband also got the wrong meal my kids food got messed up too it would take an act of God for me to go back there ever again
