We had a great experience at Roma! Beth our server was great. She did excellent balancing checking in with us but not being "pushy" or "overly present", she knew the menu and pairing quiet well! The food was delicious, from apps to salad to entrée to cocktails! The Genovese di Mare and the special lobster ravioli in a limoncello cream sauce were dynamite, my wife's espresso martini and my Manhattan were well crafted. The esthetic is classic yet refined...
Me and my family visited Roma Ristorante last night for the first time to celebrate my mom's 69th birthday, and let me tell you—we were blown away. From the moment we sat down, the service was excellent. Our waitress was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and never once made us feel uncomfortable for not speaking Italian. In fact, she made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. We were so impressed with the menu that we decided to order a little bit of everything....
Wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the service was very attentive. Restaurant is kinda loud, but has great atmosphere. We will definitely visit again when we are in Carmel.
