My nephew suggested this place for his birthday meal…none of us had been here before so had no idea what to expect. We were not disappointed!!! The food was delicious and the service was spectacular! They have other things on the menu besides burgers…but on your first trip, you must try a smash bigger. There are many options! The tater tots were crispy and the steak fries appetizer was delicious!!! We will definitely return!!!

We had a really weird experience here for our first time. My review is primarily based on service, however 2 of our party of 5 really disliked their meals. Our drinks were wrong, our appetizer came out after our meals, our orders weren’t all correct, we weren’t given a receipt when asked, and one meal was sent back with no acknowledgement from anyone. More went wrong but these were the biggest issues.

The burger i had was awesome and the fries were amazing. Super fast service and not too crowded. We will definitely go back and try other burger combos!!!

Oh my god the food here is terrible. Mac and cheese was literally just boiled cavatappi with a few shreds of cheddar cheese melted on top. So technically it was Mac and cheese in the strictest sense. Burger was impossibly dry. I know they are supposed to be smash burgers, but the edges were inedible. Server disappeared when we were desperate for refills to try and swallow our dried out burger. Atmosphere gets a 2 because they had all of the NCAA football games on. Skip this place and go to to Jaggers in Noblesville for a much better burger and fantastic fries.

I really wanted to love this place with elementary school kids. There aren’t enough lower tables or a quiet enough atmosphere to call this “family friendly.” We witnessed two younger kids fall off of the bar stool chairs accidentally. The TVs were also blaring. I thought I was at a college bar. The food is decent but for the price I’m not sure.

I take my 80 year old mother here because she likes the food. It’s a sports bar but it’s a family sports bar. It definitely feels that way.
Great food, great service, and a nice environment. Love the place!

Pro Tip: be patient when being seated the workers wear a lot of hats here

Really enjoyed the food and service. The double Wise burger was sufficiently messy and tasty, just like a smash burger should be!

We made a reservation for Goode Fun Halloween trivia. When we got there, they were totally full and pretended not to know what that was and we were shown the door. What’s the point of making a reservation if you don’t honor it?

Great tasting Burger. I'll be going here instead of Five Guys.

We had a really good time trying out Roots Burger Bar. We enjoyed some different burgers for lunch and we all loved them! I had the jalapeño popper burger and it was perfectly spicy. The fries and tater tots were also a hit! They were super accommodating for kids and gave the little one an ice cream when we were finished. Our waitress was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The food was low quality for the price. Family of 4 cost over 80 bucks. What made the experience better was our fun waitress. We won't go back

I ordered the impossible burger via DoorDash , which used to be a smash burger, however it seems that the impossible burger has now changed and is a pre-made patty. The smash burger was so good and I don’t know of any other place that offers impossible burgers in a smashed burger style, which made this restaurant unique. The impossible patty is not nearly as tasteful as the impossible smash burger style. Disappointed that you no longer seem to offer the impossible smash burger option.

This place has gone down hill and, unfortunately, keeps going. The last 2-3 times we’ve been we’ve waited forever to be greeted by a server. Twice now my burger has come out incorrectly - I ask for no cheese - not a big ask. Also, this time my husband was given the wrong side. It is all teenagers working and they don’t seem to help each other out or take initiative to help tables. Other people were coming inside or having to get up from their table to get their server.
The food isn’t what it used to be, and now with poor service, I don’t see us returning.
