MUNCIE LOCATION-This place use to be awesome..it’s declined drastically. I use to be a regular. The service became unwelcoming and slow time after time. The final straw was when they brought out my cold appetizer. This was the fastest I had ever received food after ordering it. I’m talking like two minutes, and as soon as he sat the plate down in front of me, I immediately noticed that it was cold food like it had been sitting in the kitchen already prepared. THEN I noticed and removed the long strand of hair in my feta cheese, And handed the hair to the food runner. He then precedes to ask me if I wanted him to send the food back… like do you still expect me to eat this??
I Didn’t even receive a sorry about that or anything. Then our server got upset and had an attitude because I said I was grossed out and didn’t want to order anymore food.

The staff was very nice. The food was horrible. Every "smash" burger at our table wasn't. Seriously... how do you mess up a smash burger? I couldn't even finish mine, nor the rest of our table... It's just a sloppy mess... not in the good way like a great messy burger... just a messy idea on a plate that was grossly undercooked. Again, how do you under cook a smash burger? No crispy edges, almost like they boiled the patty (not all the way) and then put it on a bunch. Red, not pink edge to edge... Like seriously....how do you mess up a smash burger?
