Came in at 4:30 on a Monday afternoon, Tevin was our server, he was friendly, but I think he forgot to ring in our salads because we waited almost 25 minutes and then he said they would be right out, then they came out five minutes later and our pizza came out one minute after that and we could tell it had been sitting in the window for a little bit because it wasn’t as hot as it should’ve been out of the oven. Food was great, service could use fine-tuning.

Came to this location on 12-07-2025 and spoke with manager Skylar. I called with concerns with dry and no cheese pull. The manager requested pictures. I complied with pictures. Skylar express that the images was standard and stated, the pizza would not have a pull when pick up time was 3:30 and eating at 5p. I was really disappointed of the lack of concern and not willing to replace our order.

We were out for a birthday dinner. The pizza had a nice crispy thin crust. They also have gluten free crust. The service was very good.

So I grew up and lived in Chicago for 30 years and moved to Indianapolis 12 years ago and feel like I’m constantly on the hunt for trying to find good thin crust pizza as well as deep dish and my wife kids and I drove 30 minutes each way to come give it a shot and see how it was at Roselli’s (which name wise reminded of Rosattis) in Carmel.

I thought the restaurant itself in the service was great but overall wasn’t impressed with the thin crust or the deep dish pizza unfortunately. I hate to say it maybe they’ll correct me in my review, but I honestly thought that the pizza crust for the thin crust is not made fresh and is frozen and then they just add the toppings on it.

We ended up getting the spaghetti for the kids with meat sauce and honestly even though the bowl was huge. The amount of pasta we got was probably less than $.30 and my two year-old daughter ate all of it and was asking for more pasta from an individual size. However, there is a ton of pasta sauce still left in the bowl and Close to 2 inches in the bottom was just meat sauce.

The deep dish again was the same thing and less than an inch and a half thick which for a deep dish pizza and the toppings and extra cheese that we got really just didn’t stack up.

The search and journey throughout Indianapolis for good pizza continues. As I mentioned the restaurant itself and the staff were really great and maybe some of the other food is better, but the pizza was solidly mediocre at best. All I could think was man even Papa John’s makes their pizza dough fresh for every pizza.

Definitely the BEST Chicago-style deep dish I've had outside of Chicago. The service was excellent and the food was as well!

We are native Chicagoans and have been trying to find pizza that is edible since we moved to Indianapolis. We found Rosellis 2 years in and it’s THE best! We don’t do deep dish anywhere other than Gino’s because no one can do it better! Rosatis pizza has roots in Italian food back to the 1800’s and Rosellis was born from Rosatis recipes from Schaumburg IL. They still use the Rosatis suppliers and the evidence is in the cheese, sausage and crust. Thin crust is what we tried first because that’s the true test of Chicago pizza. It was simply amazing and we’ve been back several times since our first experience. Take it from an Italian, from the suburbs of Chicago for over 60 years, if you want Chicago pizza Rosellis IS it in the Indianapolis area.

This place has been around forever. Popular with the locals. We came in on a weekday for lunch. They're known for their AYCE lunch special. We didn't want that. My wife and I ordered a chicken parm sub and split it. Came with Lay's potato chips. $15 bucks. If you want a no-nonsense, no-frills, old-school joint...this is it. Food was okay, nothing special. Service was minimal. Place is very comfortable. They were doing a brisk business. We waited about 15 minutes or so for our sub.

Roselli's is the BEST pizza outside Chicago -- bar none. The variety of pizzas in their buffet constantly changes and is never boring. Always worth the trip and never disappoints.
