Whoever was working drive through on 12/29 gave a horrible experience, sitting in the drive through with 2 total cars, no one inside for 15+ minutes, horrible customer service, rude, the manager came out and gave the same horrible service. Used to be a good spot, never giving my business here again.

If you can't staff your store then simply don't open. The young man working on 12/28 should receive a bonus for working alone. He was doing all he could do but sadly I will never return. Shame on whomever the owner is for not having your store staffed or stepping up and making sure your customers are served in a timely manner.

I have been going to this smoothie king for quite awhile but today’s experience may just make it my last. We get in the drive through and waited over 25minutes for our 2 smoothies (there was one car in front of us and they only got one smoothie), just to receive a smoothie with a glove blended into it. Yeah, you read that right, a plastic glove. To have such poor customer service and then blend a literal glove and serve it to your customers is foul. Do better.

Writing this as I’m in the drive thru. Have been waiting for 40 minutes for my mobile order. No communication from the staff at all. Unbelievably long wait for a 10 dollar smoothie.

Sadly I was disappointed when I came in to this location I usually go to the one in fishers but I decided to come to this one and was given my açaí bowl emptier than usual and my fruit was dug deep inside my açaí base I couldn’t even tell at first if there was any fruit whatsoever

Friday upgrades at this location are not automatic. I asked for a 20 oz and they did not give the 32. The person who served me informed me that since I didn't ask for the upgrade I didn't receive it. Disappointing unfortunately.

I come through the drive thru everyday before work and my wait has been 10 mins or more for months. Yesterday morning and this morning the ladies got me out in under 3 mins. They informed me they have memorized my order. That brought me joy knowing they take such pride in customer service to remember me out of all people. This store has really been turned around since the staff has changed!
I came in and placed a big order of 7 drinks some bowls and a couple toasts. Dominique took my order and was training Diamond on what to do in order to make things flow efficiently. My entire order was out in 10mins! These ladies rock and I would come back time and time again to ensure service this effortlessly. Keep up the great work! It is exciting to see new faces and excellent customer service.
