The taste of the smoothies is never gonna get old. It is just so good. Also the people who work here are so kind. I just think that if the put the place somewhere else than I would like it more but where it is located is just not my favorite part of town.

Poor Customer Service at King's Smoothie – 7/3/2025 at 6:15 PM
I visited King's Smoothie to buy smoothies for my family, but my experience was completely ruined by one of the staff members. The woman working at the time was extremely rude and treated me poorly. Not only was she unfriendly, but she also yelled at me while taking my order. Her behavior was unacceptable and completely ruined my evening.
Despite her terrible attitude, I still ended up spending $54, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. I expected better customer service, especially when paying that much. I hope management addresses this issue because no customer should be treated this way.

We visited this Carmel location on 7/23/2025 and had a very disappointing experience. The server who assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional—she even slammed our order down in front of us. The service was so poor that we will never return to this location. I strongly advise others to avoid it due to the terrible customer service.
