I purchased a 32 oz smoothie on the app. I picked it up and went to class. When I started to drink it I felt something hard go down my throat, but I thought it maybe ice. As I kept drinking I felt it again but this time I didn’t swallow. It was tiny pieces of hard white plastic in my drink. Now I’m stuck in class trying to figure out if I just swallowed a foreign object from my drink. This is unacceptable!

Quite the cutting employees. The shake was fine, but when asking questions, I was verbally cut off several times by the register worker. Don't be annoyed by having to answer questions on products you sell. The shake was made by another employee, and was adequate.

Cashier charged me twice for the same order. Went back to talk to a manager. Was denied a refund or credit for the second charge. Manager was unwilling to settle this charge professionally, not sure why but I honestly feel it was because of the color of my skin. Would not recommend this store! There was not need to look into anything. You had the receipt and my bank statement as proof. The owner is racist! Period.

Absolutely love the smoothie bowls the PB Delight is my go too. However, I wasn’t satisfied by the appearance of my bowl. The team member could have drizzled the peanut butter on top better then he did, you know like how it looks on the pictures. He probably wasn’t in a good mood or maybe he needs more practice on how to drizzled the peanut butter on top cause why the peanut butter look like scribbles…

It’s been 3 years since I got a smoothie here and when I came in, ordered my smoothie. I noticed the smoothie was way to thick in the blender and I had told the young boy behind the counter and he had ignored me completely and another guy with a black shirt pushed a button for it to just blend again. Once I got my smoothie it was absolutely awful. It tasted so gross. And it was again way too thick. I will never go again.
