I go to Starbucks frequently. The folks that work there are always friendly. They really appreciate ordering ahead of time using the app. However, the app is not always up to par. The coffee and food are delicious. Very enjoyable healthier options.

Just left this location. My fiancee ordered a drink and a brownie to be told that she couldn't get a brownie because they are cleaning the oven. This happened at 7:10pm when their closing time is 9pm. It would be judicious to train your workers to treat ALL people with the same respect. Simply unacceptable.
