The so called manager had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE!!! Did not make my matcha latte correctly! Then when asked to do so, she talked garbage and still did not make it right, so I took it back into the establishment and left since she claimed she cannot refund my mobile order.
If I could give a negative 5 stars, I would. I spend way too much money at Starbucks, and since this review have become more appreciative of the local coffee shops.

Went through the drive thru to get a matcha latte. I ordered it hot with no foam. When I got my drink, it was only 3/4 full and had about an inch of foam on top. It was served in a hot cup but was room temperature. It also tasted very watered down. It was nit busy at the time so there was no reason the staff should be so passive with my order. Very disappointed.
Edit::
I went back to get my drink remade and i just think they don’t know how to do no foam because there’s even more foam in this drink! After i scooped off all the foam the drink was about 2 inches down from the top of the cup. So frustrating.

Total nightmare store. The staff is slow, often makes the wrong drink if they make your drink at all, frequently out of food items, and the store shuts down in the middle of the day for "staffing" or a "company event." Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I am an costumer at this location for over 10 year used to come twice a day but recently come to be a joke I walk in the other day waiting for my drink both person work at the bar massing around and ignoring me one of the staff if I am not wrong name was Elle was giving me this look not even apologize or nothing answer was I just work here I think I am pretty much done coming use to love this store have so much good memories and now not sure maybe Starbucks make enough money not to care about it

Went to grab Starbucks on my way to work and I sat in drive tru for 12 minutes because they were busy. No biggie, but one of my two drinks were wrong. I stopped after work to my have the young red hair lady get snarky with me and remake the drink completely wrong again. I’ll never go back

The staff is very rude, overwhelmed, cranky and very disrespectful. The store manager was yelling at me and she was super super disrespectful… she said they don’t refund drinks even when they don’t serve you… very disgusting staff. They called the police on me because I requested a refund on a my tea they served and didn’t tell me about that sat there for 20min. Not sure if my race had anything to do with it … and they treated me very badly.

I am absolutely appalled to see video footage of a close friend being mistreated by a mentally unstable employee who had the audacity to call police over a tea refill.. ma’am/sir/ however you self identify, how can you present yourself to be above social injustice all over social media but mistreat an immigrant of color? The hypocrisy of undereducated America will never seize to amaze me.
