The worker upfront was incredibly rude when I showed her that my drink wasn’t filled up all the way. And tried to tell me it will never be filled up which is for one not true because I have no issues with any other location and two did not even try to give me a resolution/offer to remake my drink. It also tasted like burnt coffee beans so I ended up throwing the drink away. Overall I am highly disappointed with my experience at this location. And I am not the only one who has issues here.

These employees are so rude. They crossed out my customization on my sticker and refused to make my drink how I order it. Like it or not, Starbucks allows the customization on the app so make it how the customer orders it. They refused to correct it and were very unnecessarily rude. This is why Dutch Bros will thrive here.

Starbucks, stop charging premium prices for cups full of ice.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered two venti drinks and two small sandwiches. The total was about $28. When we got to the window, one of the drinks was their smallest size, filled mostly with ice. I told them I had ordered a venti. Clearly annoyed, the employee told me I had to drive back around while they made the right one because I was “holding up the line.”

I didn’t feel like arguing with a kid, so I drove around. When I came back, my drink was sitting on the counter. I waited another 2–3 minutes before she finally handed it to me…again, 3/4 ice and barely any coffee.

I had already stopped going to Starbucks because their prices are outrageous and their drinks are mostly ice. This just confirmed it for me: Starbucks is a greedy company with service that gets worse over time. From their facial expressions and attitude, you’d think I was asking for a handout. Ridiculous.

Please make sure to check your drink if you stop before work. Their policy is you must get the remade drink the same day which isn’t possible at 10pm when I get off. Disappointed isn’t strong enough to explain how I feel as a long time customer.

A small café with a big heart. I ordered a cappuccino and a slice of homemade banana bread — both were absolutely perfect. The barista was lovely and even remembered my name the second time I came. It’s those little things that make you come back.

I’m done going to Starbucks in general. Almost every time I go the drink(s) are different, the inconsistency is terrible. I get 2 shots of espresso yet half of my cup is espresso with little of the “other stuff”. Half the time my extra cold foam is barely visible despite paying almost $2 extra. I can’t remember the last time the drinks were great, lately I’ve been hoping for drinkable. When the drinks are 50% espresso it’s awful. They need to start measuring things out instead of “eyeballing” so there’s some level of consistency.
