I am an easygoing person and I am also in the industry. A lot of things don’t really bother me. I came into the store today to get my coffee. I tip well always because Starbucks employees are amazing. However I asked that the pistachio sauce be stirred into the coffee (I always order extra sauce inside the coffee) because it just clumps to the bottom and with the foam on top it’s hard to stir it. I was watching and she just poured the foam on top and didn’t stir the coffee at all. I watched the whole time because I enjoy watching how fast everyone works together. She handed me the coffee and I just looked at it and she said I stirred it but it just clumps because it’s thick. Now I order this same coffee every single day. She grabbed her cellphone and walked to the back on her phone. I was not mad but irritated because why lie?! So I try to stir it with a stick but I get a Trenta and the stick doesn’t reach the bottom. So I asked the other girl if she could stir it and she says no I don’t have a spoon long enough sorry and just went about what she was doing. Smh I thought Starbucks had a great team until today. I don’t know the one girls name (that lied in the first place) but she was tall and wore glasses. The other girls name is Sage. I also noticed I didn’t get credit for my points either. I guess I’ll just go elsewhere from now on.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store on July 23rd at 7 am. I had placed a mobile order which took significantly longer than the stated 5-7 minutes. After noticing that customers who ordered after me were receiving their orders first, I inquired about the status of my order as my daughter had a softball game to get to and the purpose of the mobile order before we arrived.

Unfortunately, I was met with dismissive behavior and a noticeable lack of professionalism from your staff. To make matters worse, my daughter overheard staff members speaking negatively about me in front of my daughter and her friends. As a former Starbucks Store Manager from Seattle, I have a deep appreciation for the company and its values, which is why this experience was particularly disheartening.

I believe that Starbucks has a reputation for exceptional customer service, and I trust that this was an isolated incident. I urge you to provide additional training and support to the staff working on the morning of July 23rd, as their actions reflect poorly on the Starbucks brand. I would have been embarrassed if this was my staff.

Mobile orders take way too long. My mobile order was placed at 7:40 AM and my order wasn't ready until 8:03 AM. This is the fourth time I've been and my mobile order has taken 15+ mins. Go to any other starbucks

Only shop open before 6am on a Saturday, JUST what I needed ! Thanks for my morning pep to this crew. They were working took some orders and still got my order and out in a few minutes they were polite, friendly, and fast! Hope you have a blessed day Starbucks team!

Starbucks makes the best teas! ? Pictured here are the Matcha Tea Latte and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte. The best way I can describe these drinks are through the five senses:Sight: Vibrant colors;Sound: The sound of ice when you move your cup around is satisfying;Touch: The tea lattes are very smooth going down;Smell: The earthy matcha flavor, or the spices you can smell from the chai, are amazing; andTaste: Wonderful tastes, the perfect balance between the sweetness of sugar and the bitterness of tea! ?Not to mention all the antioxidants you get from the tea, and the calcium, vitamins, and fat you get from the milk! ?➡️?Shout out to the amazing baristas at this Starbucks location! Isamu, Jio, Blaise, and I'm sorry I'm forgetting the rest of your names right now, but the whole 8 am shift is wonderful, friendly, and they have the most enthusiastic attitude! Starbucks corporate, please give them raises. God bless you all! ?5/5; highly recommend.

Ordered strawberry Frappuccino with extra strawberry purée and 3x extra strawberry fruit, but I can barely see any extra strawberry in my drink and it’s absolutely tasteless. I have ordered several times from this location and most of the drinks, Frappuccino especially, were very blank compared with other locations. Very disappointed.
