The barista Avery at this location is awesome. Super knowledgeable and so friendly. I would definitely return to this location for her, because her customer service was impeccable.

We were visiting Carmel playing music for the salvation army and needed hot drinks on a cold day to play outside. You folks didn't disappoint! Thanks!
I hadn’t been to a Starbucks for a while. I like to support local coffee shops when possible. This experience confirms that is a good decision. It took over 15 minutes to get two lattes and a muffin. The drinks were fine but overpriced. Try any number of the great independent stores.

I ordered online, my drink wasn't ready for 20 minutes (15 minutes after it said it would be, and I had to ask a worker about it). I saw one worker making my drink, she stared at the ticket for about 30 seconds before putting it down after filling it halfway with ice (i ordered light ice) and not putting my cold foam, which was on the ticket. Then I had to ask somebody to add my cold foam, they took my drink back (health code violation) and then poured some out, put cold foam, slammed my drink down in front of my friend without saying anything and it was running down the cup in four different areas.

i honestly avoid this location because they can not make a drink right or in a timely manner. been stuck with 30 min waits twice now and decided to give another chance and they didn’t even add any sauce to my drink….it was literally just almond milk flavored.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew.
It was so bitter that I took one drink and was done.
I called to let the manager know that she should probably teach whoever it was making these drinks, she apologized and went on about her day: she didn’t offer a free drink next time; nothing.
I rarely went to Starbucks and this is more of a reason not to go back. **Dunkin fan**
Drive through situation: the lady at the drive thru tells me: “I’ll be right back,” and walks away with my card away from the drive thru window. Not sure why she needed to do that, but please don’t do that. That made me feel extremely nervous. I love the spaciousness of this location. The employees are really sweet.

For a company to have tip jars at the drive thru and in store but NEVER tip their Instacart Shipt and DD drivers is wild to me. They order 50 gallons of milk and NEVER tip!!! All locations do this.

Starbucks off of hazel dell is pretty good with orders. Do take the time out of your schedule to order, the lines are long. Please be patient with them. They are good workers.
