Horrible location ordered 2 food items that said they would be done in 5 minutes, when I go to pick them up they only have one ready and said the second one was out of stock and that they would replace it with a cheaper sandwich, so I said sure and waited in my truck came back 10 minutes later to find out they haven’t even started my second sandwich, shouldn’t put new people up front who don’t even know how to count on there fingers

This is not a drive thru. fix the description on google
I ordered chai latte. when i picked it up there was no label on the drink so i asked the barista if this is chai latte. the barista Sima looks very unhappy and was yelling at me "YES!! Do you have other drinks?" with angry face.. They were not busy.. I've never had expierienced this kind of attitude at starbucks. The other young lady was very kind. I feel very sorry for that lady she has to work with that kind of coworker.

The worst customer experience ever. Ordered just the regular coffee. Waited for 20 minutes. The store wasn’t even busy. People after me got their orders before me. They could see me standing but no one cared and just ignored me. Went to the counter again to the person who took my order, seemed like they forgot and had to show the transaction in my phone that I paid, and gave a coffee eventually.Makes me wonder how much time does regular coffee take. Can’t even deny if the place was just being racist to a brown person! Never returning again to this location.
