I ordered chai latte. when i picked it up there was no label on the drink so i asked the barista if this is chai latte. the barista Sima looks very unhappy and was yelling at me "YES!! Do you have other drinks?" with angry face.. They were not busy.. I've never had expierienced this kind of attitude at starbucks. The other young lady was very kind. I feel very sorry for that lady she has to work with that kind of coworker.

The worst customer experience ever. Ordered just the regular coffee. Waited for 20 minutes. The store wasn’t even busy. People after me got their orders before me. They could see me standing but no one cared and just ignored me. Went to the counter again to the person who took my order, seemed like they forgot and had to show the transaction in my phone that I paid, and gave a coffee eventually.Makes me wonder how much time does regular coffee take. Can’t even deny if the place was just being racist to a brown person! Never returning again to this location.

You could be the only person in the store and they won't call your name. Most of the time they put my sandwiches in the drive through line when I am in store. Often don't have soy milk, green tea matcha powder, and vanilla syrup in stock. I don't understand how they can be out when there is a Starbucks in the same parking lot and a grocery store as well. The drinks are good at least. They aren't rude but they aren't friendly either. There is one person who is friendly consistently, and they make a really good drink.
