Took so long to get anyone to even make eye contact. Super slow service 15minutes for a latte, with no one in line in front of me. I understand busy but it was not that busy, I understand mistakes happen but wow. Don’t be short with a customer when the mistake was on your team. Will avoid this location going forward.

HORRIBLE customer service. She was very rude when taking my order like I was bothering her, she has glasses & short hair. She never asked for my name and she assumed my name was “Jose” just because I looked Hispanic LOL. Smh racistThe drink tasted so nasty as well. Hannah is the best and so friendly! If you order from her, you’ll immediately notice her vivid purple hair dyed for cystic fibrosis awareness which her four yo niece has. She’s definitely passionate about giving outstanding service and spreading awareness to people about cystic fibrosis as a promise to her little niece. ❤️
