Since the new owners took over the Subway, my experience has been amazing every time I've gone! They are extremely sweet and always give great portions. Would highly recommend this Subway to anyone in the area.

I placed a pick up order. I wanted something quick on the way home from my 12 hour shift. When I got there, the lady asked me for my name as she was handing me my food. I said my name multiple times and spelled it. She said it was wrong and made me give my food back. After going back and forth and showing her my app with the order on it and reading it multiple times to her, she finally gave me my food back. After that, she handed me an empty cup and told me to go inside and fill it myself. I went in to do so, and she wasn't doing anything but standing around talking. There was no other customers in the restaurant except for one man eating his meal in the corner. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so offput by this experience. When I saw that there were other negative reviews, I figured I should share my experience. Overall, the food was good, so I gave it a 2 star review rather than the 1 I initially planned on giving them.

Waited a while for anyone to come acknowledge we were here (so did the guy who came in after us), tables were dirty, most of the veg seemed fresh except cucumbers. Two employees came out to make the sandwiches and were conversing in their native language while making the food, making it so uncomfortable even my kids thought they were talking about us. Not trying to be extra or Karen just not the normal experience we have with subway. First and last time we come to this location.

Looks like the Subway menu is shrinking. 8" is the new 12"! Didn't corporate get sued for this?I've ordered this exact meal before and gotten an actual 12" sandwich, four egg patties, and two servings of steak. This sandwich is half the food wrapped sideways.Rip off.Nice staff at this location but I won't be back if corporate is going to pull this on customers.

The buy one get one half off is only good online or the app, which does not accept gift cards. One of our sandwiches was wrong, and the amount of fillings was weak. Subway has lost a customer.

Food barely qualifies as food. The bread is basically cake. The meats and veg are average if your lucky. If you roast the bread it's way to hard.The staff is fine but you can tell they don't love being there.
