The cashier was great. He was so sweet and had an awesome smile. I love how he told us about the deals and he was very respectful. He deserves a raise. He was very kind to the other customers in the store.💜

Showed up at 5 PM on a Monday — you know, normal dinner hours — and apparently that’s too late for Subway to function. Worker refused to make my sandwich on flatbread because he “didn’t know how,” and his coworker refused to help. Both were rude, acting like customers are an inconvenience. They were also out of multiple ingredients and wouldn’t make more. At 5 PM! How do you run out of food at dinner time and just shrug? Easily one of the most unprofessional Subways I’ve been to.

I came in when Ian was training a new hire named Emerson. They both did a wonderful job and while I was eating they were very productive and Ian was doing a good job training. Also the food was very fresh and good.

Melvin and the rest of the staff are the best! Melvin makes everyone feel personally welcome. He’s engaging with all the customers but is especially wonderful with my son, Chris, with Down syndrome. Always remembers his name and what he always orders.

Haven't been to Subway for some time due bad service. First time at this Subway. Absolutely will be back. Boys were friendly and know their jobs. Place was clean as well as the restroom. Loved it. Enjoyable experience.

Terrible service. Ordered a footlong Philly today. The Philly sandwich comes with steak and 2x American cheese. The worker put on steak and 1x provolone cheese. I corrected the worker, noting that I want 2x American, which it comes with. The worker then argumentatively exclaimed, “Most people get it with provolone.” And then he said aggressively, “You’re not even getting a Philly,” because I did not want green peppers and onions on it. This type of customer service is severely unprofessional, as well as confrontational. Horrible experience.

For context I did a pick up order. When I walked in to the store to pick up my order the first thing i saw was an employee eating a McDonald's sandwich on the prep station with it all out in the open, instantly i was disgusted and didn't even want my order anymore but I did continue to get it anyway. After that the employees were very rude about having to get it for me and wasn't explaining that the name on my card will be the name on my order. This store is the literal definition of a health code violation and I'm surprised they aren't shut down yet. I will not be eating at this location again and I suggest you do the same!

I’ve had a few issues with subway in the past but this subway completely blew me away. I had an online order that got a little messed up and when I took it back they were so polite and friendly. I felt bad taking it back but they made me a new sandwich, gave me a refund and even gave me a cookie. I really appreciate them taking the time to try to fix things for me and still make it a good experience
