Definitely my go to spot in Carmel, and Connor behind the bar is my go to guy. That guy has a deep knowledge of beer and always has the perfect suggestion for what to try. With how deep the menu is on their rotating taps, it’s nice to be able to talk with someone who can ask about your tastes and immediately know what to give you. It definitely turns each trip to Sun King an experience, and you don’t get that just anywhere. Couldn’t recommend Sun King or Connor any more.
Great place to gather whether it’s a family get together or an adult social event. Food is great, good variety and Laynie is an excellent bartender. Very knowledgeable about the beers, friendly and fun!
I recently visited Sun King Brewery with a group of friends and had a really good experience overall. The space is large with plenty of seating, so it’s a great spot for groups. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy conversations.
