Quiet, laid back breakfast atmosphere. A little fancier than a diner. Our server was friendly and attentive. The hashbrowns were crispy, and the food arrived promptly. Standard breakfast fare.

The food is pretty good, but the service has much to be desired. Rude, long blonde haired waitress who took 10 minutes to acknowledge me. I asked for something that apparently wasn't on the menu and she snarked, "It's not on there", and pointed to the menu. I thought I saw it and read the menu wrong...shame on me. She took my drink order and came back with it. I asked her to please give me a few more minutes to decide what I wanted. When she came back and I ordered, "I think I'll just go with the patty melt please" and she rolled her eyes for some unknown reason. She was not the one who delivered my food, but she never once checked my drink, of which I could've used another (I am paying $3.50 for that drink). She never once came back to my table at all. She went to other people and had conversations with them, but could hardly be bothered by me. That will be my last time going back, just because I'm not a local, so why bother giving me service? Rude

Great food, portion size was good. Very clean, open & airy. The staff was very friendly & helpful. It’s located on the ground floor of an office building, don’t let that deter you. If I lived in the area I would come again for sure.
This is a hidden breakfast gem! All around wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. We have a family of 5 and the options on the menu were great. The French Toast…we can’t stop raving about it! ? ? We will definitely be back next time we visit Indiana. THANK YOU.

What a wonderful spot inside an office building!!! I was pretty confused when I reached the location until I figured I was in the right place when I saw the sign board saying Sunrise Cafe.Sunrise cafe was originally opened in 1988 which means we have a place that’s 36 years old. That was an interesting information I got to know on entering the cafe.I loved the booths which gave us enough privacy and also sufficient space to sit and enjoy a good meal.I had the best Tuna sandwich which was so creamy and filling. The eggs Benedict my friend had were tasty and had a delicious topping.In general my only feedback would be more vegetarian option. I was in the mood of tuna which exceeded my expectations, but I generally lean towards vegetarian.
