The person who took my order handled my money and change had gloves on but then immediately started handling food without putting on CLEAN gloves. Kind of wonder why they wear gloves at all. Health department should inspect this place for violations.

The management seems to have never worked customer service and shouldn’t be in their positions. Wasted money on a meal they didn’t even have in stock, leading me to have chips and a cinnamon twist meal, nothing else. Thanks guys!

The hand dryer in the mens bathroom was broken when I arrived, I asked an employee if they would put some paper towels in there. He grunted. After my dinner I went back to wash up and they did not fix the problem. The teen bop music was also way too loud and the dinning room tables were not wiped down. The food was the same as every other TB.

Did an online order, had to rush since I only had 30min break from work and needed to rush back. Ordered only two things, one being just a bowl of rice and the Cheesy chicken crispanada. They gave me a crunchwrap and a spicy potato soft taco. They gave me a spoon for my rice but never gave me what i paid for. They clearly were rushing and it wasn't even busy. I now do not trust any taco bell in carmel. They are all slow , gets your order wrong. Just over it at this point as it's clearly an issue all the time for all carmel taco bell locations.

First off, I never want to make a negative review, but I've given this location multiple chances, hoping they're just having an "off moment". I've been to this location not only different days of the week, but also different times. This location is NOT worth it!!! Everytime we visit, they get something wrong. The meat is consistently dry. They do not put enough toppings. Example: Paid extra for lettuce, they forgot it, and gave it to me in a SAUCE CUP. This was AFTER I talked to 3 different employees and had to repeat myself 3 times because they would roll their eyes and ignore me! I was BEYOND polite as I'm someone who understands what it's like to work in the food industry, but this!! What?? Their items are either beyond soggy or burnt on WAY too consistent basis. They do NOT fill their items like they should. Example: ordering a burrito, it has far more tortilla than filling. Their items are also "shrinking" so to speak. The quesadillas used to be a decent size over summer of 2023, but as of February of 2024, they're the same size as a burrito!! They also will conveniently "forget" to make your order or they will say "someone else grabbed it" after ordering in store, sitting by register, and not ONCE hearing our name or a name that sounds like ours. At least half the tables are not wiped down, floor is not swept let alone mopped, yet there is always a wet sign in the middle of the floor? Drink stand is sticky and unstocked every time we go in. The cartridges in the fountains are also VERY obviously not changed enough. They're constantly over staffed. I've seen multiple employees playing on their phones on the line as well as eating on the line. No matter how busy or slow the location is. In summary, we can understand a bad day, but visits across months are consistently bad.. We will not be returning to say the least. Maybe others should try other locations nearby as well!

Carmel Taco Bell is horrible. Food had no taste, it was soggy. I ordered the food ahead of time (online) and they must have made it immediately. When I got there (over an hour later), the food was cold, soggy and nasty. Figuring it was my own fault (for ordering early... I assumed they'd wait until I actually got there and gave them the online Code Number BEFORE starting the order, like other restaurants do), I took the food anyway. As expected, everything was a soggy, cold mess. However, I didn't expect the lettuce to be bitter, the meat to be flavorless and the taco shells to taste like cardboard. The only thing that had flavor was the sour cream. So disappointing. At total WASTE of almost $40.00. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

ran through here after a really tough day at work. the guy taking my order was super thorough and genuine. my order was made perfectly, down to the little edits. It’s a little thing, to have your fast food go so well, but actually after the day I’ve had, it wasn’t so little. It’s 2am and I haven’t even left my car because I wanted to write a review. Thank you night shift at this tbell, y’all got me right.
