How is it that the food literally has no flavor? How do you make a taco that's soggy? The best thing I consumed was the water. The staff is not friendly, and I will definitely not return to this location. That's the price I pay for being lazy

Terrible customer service. I was asked if I was using the mobile app, said no and proceeded to order and then was completely ignored. I will never return to this location and recommend anyone else who reads to do the same

My chicken flatbread melt had MOLD on it. COVERED IN MOLD. When I went back to complain they were unapologetic. Not once didn’t someone say “sorry” asked me if I wanted something else. Uhm no. I didn’t eat the rest of my order after that and also beforehand I ate a cheesy Gordita crunch that has the same flatbread but can’t recall if I saw mold (didn’t inspect it thinking it was edible) and also told them I was pregnant and that’s dangerous to feed me something potentially making me sick. Again, no apology. Was told I can’t get a refund cause I ordered through the mobile app so that’s awesome. Never going here again

Horrible service had things advertised on their own screen yet said they didn’t serve the combo. Common sense would’ve have told anyone on the planet earth to just sell me the stuff in the combo at the combo prices but what do I know.

The Bell was closed upon arrival. The Bell is our nations go to when nothing else is open right behind the Waffle N Steak & The Castle. Everything I thought I knew is in question after rolling up to find no one showed up to open the store. 8:20 am on 5/26/24 - Zero Employees showed up with Google showing the store open at 8am and the hours on the door showing an Open time of 7am with no special postings for possible exceptions for Memorial Day Weekend. Where else am I going to get a little breakfast & lunch Tex Mex at 8 am as I am dragged to my in-laws to work on the weekend. This day is cursed from the start - The Bell has broken me. I gave three stars because even closed the Bell shines with the store looking nice, parking lot clean, and the menu drive thru menu making me salivate. No reason to be rude, I still love you Taco Bell, no one is perfect. There were still some hardcore fans like me camping out waiting in hopes of a late arrival.
