Im extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell location. No one ever answers the phone, and multiple times I’ve gone during posted business hours only to find no one there. It’s frustrating to waste time and gas when the store is supposed to be open. This location needs better management and communication. Very unprofessional.

i ordered from this taco 7:59 and still haven’t gotten my food and it’s 8:43 and i tried calling the store but someone picks up and hangs up on me. no wonder this location has 2.8 stars. this just absolutely disrespectful and will be coming to this location in a few months to see if this location has improved thank ya.

I actually had a really good lunch today. I ate inside and it was very clean and the food didn't take long to come out. It had a lot of filling inside the tacos. The drink machine was calibrated well and the service was good.

Very clean ,even the bathrooms were clean! Small restaurant but it was nice and quiet , everyone in the back was getting a long it was refreshing to see 😀
I had to wave my hand through the extremely tinted window to get the attention of the guy that wasn't paying attention who forgot to provide a fork for my cheesy fiesta potato. He had to look back at the screen to confirm that I had an item that would need a fork and then told me it would be $.50 I said what was that about? Getting the attention of the people behind him who I'm assuming are above him and then he looked at me and said have an awesome day, sir and held onto the fork longer than he should have. i'm confused. Does Taco Bell charge for forks now or was this guy just having a bad day?

i have been to this taco bell 2 times so far. initially, the reviews had me concerned it wasn't going to be great, but someone i know had recently come here and thought the food was good, so i decided to give it a try. both times i went through the drive thru, and the employees who took my order were very chill and kind. when they gave me my food it was PIPING hot and fresh, and when i got home it was still pretty warm. the order was right and so was the food (and delicious!). i plan on returning soon, and would like to try out placing a mobile order in the drive thru. i have not been inside yet, but so far my experience with this taco bell is stupendous. :)

Have never had luck here and then accidently placed an online order for this location. Once again, poor quality of food. Potatoes were over cooked and very hard. Potatoes were on two of my items making both items inedible. Will make for certain not to order from Thatcher Lane location again.
