i have been to this taco bell 2 times so far. initially, the reviews had me concerned it wasn't going to be great, but someone i know had recently come here and thought the food was good, so i decided to give it a try. both times i went through the drive thru, and the employees who took my order were very chill and kind. when they gave me my food it was PIPING hot and fresh, and when i got home it was still pretty warm. the order was right and so was the food (and delicious!). i plan on returning soon, and would like to try out placing a mobile order in the drive thru. i have not been inside yet, but so far my experience with this taco bell is stupendous. :)
10/19/24: ive been here 2 more times, placing a mobile order for drive thru and placing a bigger order another time. both experiences were amazing!! food was all correct and delicious!
Have never had luck here and then accidently placed an online order for this location. Once again, poor quality of food. Potatoes were over cooked and very hard. Potatoes were on two of my items making both items inedible. Will make for certain not to order from Thatcher Lane location again.

But I can definitely see employees movement in there. Clearly nothing is getting done in there in the mornings besides wasting people's time and money. Thanks for another morning without breakfast. Never going here again.

Will not be back. Pretty sure I got food poisoning from my last visit. Ordered 5+ regular tacos and not one was made correctly. Most were missing lettuce, and the meat was not prepared correctly. Overly greasy and the hard-shell tacos turned into mush from the grease. Over half the chicken quesadilla had nothing in it and both cheesy bean and rice burritos included hard uncooked rice inside. It's pretty apparent the way these are put together is almost intentional self-sabotage. No way can someone not make these on purpose this poorly, could they? I can't wait until fast food employees are replaced by robots or at least at this location.

4th time attempting to order from this location everytime has been fully the wrong order.
Very little filling in our tacos, and the shells were soggy and falling apart. We live close to this location so they weren't in the bag very long. Won't be back to this location.

The young lady working drive through, Crystal, took my money and didn't say a single word to me from start to finish when I was at the window in the drive through. I hate it when people do that. The food portions were VERY small compared to other taco bells.

This location is by far the best Taco Bell location! The gentleman at this location also starts a conversation. Today my kiddo had asked for money since she seen him hand me my card back. He had asked if she wanted to see something rare she said yes. He showed her a 2 dollar bill. He told her if she could beat him in rock paper scissors she could have it. Of course she is young and has not learned that game. I received my food and he had said he put it in my bag. I told him he did not have to that. His response made me believe in kindness in the world again. He had said I felt like being kind today and what better kindness than to brighten a kids day up.
My food has never been wrong, I have never waited more than a few minutes.
