so incredibly slow. and when your food is ready they haven't even put the teriyaki sauce on. they just squirt that on before they hand you your plate. pretty much taste like it came out of a can. The worst part is that they are incredibly slow. said our order was ready on line. and 25 minutes later we still hadn't seen the food. took over half 40 mins from when we ordered before we got our food. a family came in waited for 15 minutes to give their order and left to eat elsewhere. whatever you do, don't put a tip in their system they don't deserve it.

Tried this place out for the first time yesterday. I have to say I WANTED to rate it so much higher based on the amazing service we received, however, the food and the price we paid for it is the reason for the three. The food itself was just meh. Like the looks are so good but the flavor was underwhelming. I wanted it to taste so much better than it did. Usually you can’t go wrong with teriyaki, but this teriyaki was pretty just alright. My husband and I got combos, an entree for my son, and one appetizer and it was almost 60.00. To be honest, glad I gave it a shot, but do not plan on being a repeat offender.

Just had to say - Teriyaki Madness rocks. You guys run the place perfectly. I love the menu's focus on simple fare while also offering spicy options, the food has been excellent every time, it's quick as hell, and the staff is always pleasant. Please keep doing what you're doing!

This is a good place for a quick meal. The service was great, the food was delicious and the restaurant was clean.
The food was the best fast food I've had in a decade. The only negative thing we would say is their floors are oddly sticky. But otherwise great food, great service will definitely be back!

I like this place and I find it hard to find decent Teriyaki in mostvtowns I travel to out side my home town of Gardena CA where they knkw how to do this meal. But the food here is very tasty and fresh served. I've been here 3 times while, visiting Indianapolis.
