We were in Carmel and decided to try The Monk’s Fusion Cuisine. I’m a big foodie and travel to different cities (and countries) trying new dishes, so my taste buds might be a little more refined than average.

We ordered the Maggi Frankie Rolls — 10/10, absolutely delicious! Perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and a must-try. The garlic naan was crispy, well-cooked in the tandoor
and tasted authentic. The butter chicken, however, was a bit underwhelming...

I moved to Indiana a few years back and have been to several Indian and Thai restaurants and Monk’s takes the cake each time! The quality is always consistent, I can’t name a place with fluffier rice.

-Great portions for an affordable price
-Flavorful savory and sweet dishes
-Accurate spice rating, mild to medium to spicy is what you expect
-Take out portions are the same and are done before their estimated time; each time!

I have been excited to try Monk’s for some time. Due to a recent surgery I am unable to drive so I took the opportunity to order through Grub Hub for delivery. I ordered the chicken butter masala and garlic naan. The garlic naan was quite good. I don’t think the butter masala was necessarily bad, but it was mostly just liquid with a small amount of chicken (pictured). Now, I know butter chicken can be made in a variety of ways, but my wife is Indian so I have had the pleasure...
