The Old Spaghetti Factory

We were seated promptly at our reservation time and waited only a couple of minutes for our server. Our server was very attentive. The negative was a forty-five minute wait for our food to arrive.

The food was great, but unfortunately the service was quite slow the day I went.

Food was good, but the service was mediocre. When asked about the menu choices, the response was somewhat rude. The server did not bring the side dish until I asked again, and I had to wait about 15 minutes. We had not even finished my entree, only halfway through, the dessert was served, which was very untimely. Finally, after we left, we realized that one of the drinks included with the meal was missing. Overall, it was very disappointing.

I loved everything I love the pickled jalapeño chicken marsala, and the bread and the garlic butter were amazing. I also got the taste of Italy wine menu that was phenomenal. My kids loved this place. My youngest Barry says this is his favorite restaurant and I wasn’t too sure because it was very expensive and I don’t know if we’ll be back because of the price but everything was amazing for my family of six. It was $190. I love this restaurant but the prices are just a tad bit high but I recommend coming here just because this place
It’s very good me and my mates came here the other day and we just loved it. I got the chicken marsala again and I just loved it. It was so amazing. My friend is from Australia where they have great wine and he said the wine was phenomenal.

We tried eating here but nobody helped up. Hannah placed us in a table and after none of the servers would take our order. We waited 20 m and they were not even busy !

Went as a group of 8. Had excellent service from Katherine, food was real good as always. Had some delicious cheese bread as an appetizer. Manager Michelle was helpful and delightful too! Had a real good experience

Just wish they had Italian salad dressing & better bread. The entrees are gtrea& reasonably priced.

The atmosphere & the interior decor felt like I stepped back in time to a better time, the Edwardian times. Where people dressed elegantly especially when they went somewhere & when receiving visitors in the homes, most likely in the parlor. Picture the furniture wood like mahogany, walnut or cherry, with intricate, carvings. High ceilings, large high windows letting in lots of light. The Old Spaghetti Factory has this vibe. The food was tasty & move than enough. I had Spaghetti with Meatballs with marinara sauce. (Had leftovers for another meal too!) You get bread and a side. I chose salad. Also, there's plenty of space between the tables, the booths have high backs. So it was enjoyable not to feel cramped in & privacy between the booths and tables. So if you want to feel a bit like time traveling back to your great, great Italian Grandmother's delicious meatballs, pasta & marinara sauce & parlor this place is for you!
