No the best not the worst but could do better with their customer service

You do not need to die to go to heaven. I can promise you that. You only need to step inside this establishment and get any item to eat.

On Saturday 11/29 between 4:15pm- 4:40pm I enter as a first time customer to this really cute bakery. After looking around, I decided I wanted to purchase a vanilla and strawberry creme donut. The young lady with very blond hair watch as I look for how to retrieve the donut and didn't say a word and so I ask how do you retrieve the donuts. Look at the table when you first walked in. I said ok and in my mind, I did say someone is a little moody. I go read the instructions, do as noted, walk to the register and placed the tray on the counter and begin talking to the person with me. After about 40 seconds, I ask was anything else needed, she placed my donuts in a bag and punch in the purchase and stood there and stare at me. She didn't open her mouth to say your total is $9.13 she stood and I stood there and finally I looked at the register and paid. There was no thank you for coming in today, she said absolutely nothing. This is by far the most racist thing I encounter in Carmel and from a young person was equally disturbing. You could really see the hatred in her eyes. Our team play there every year and I promise I will never visit this bakery again. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I didn't do anything but walk in black. I purchase my donuts and enjoy them because I knew I that would be my first and last time.

One of my favorite place in Carmel!
Pastries 🥐 are REALLY good and super fresh baked! Not too sweet and with a real European taste.

Also the cappuccino is very good, hot enough and a delicious coffee.

I had for the first time the Tiramisu Latte and WOW it was a dream!!! It remembered me home holidays in Italy 🇮🇹

Ps. I only wished the white chairs were cleaner. But I sit on the brown leather ones 😅

Usually not a fan of French style pastries, desserts or croissants, but this place has me thinking twice!! The chocolate dipped croissants were soooo good & I don’t even like croissants!! Matcha latte & coffee also beyond good!! Reasonably priced as well! Expected it to cost much more!
