Never been to a Tropical Smoothie Café before. I was around the area and was looking for something cold to drink on Google maps this place came back. I got a large dragonfruit, mango passionfruit smoothie I believe was the name of it but was yummy yummy and a snickerdoodle cookie also very yummy. They were really fast to get my order together and I was in and out very quickly.

I went to Tropical Smoothie last week. I probably had the best customer service from Emily. It appeared to me that she was the most veteran member of the team, and could have easily been overwhelmed. But not only did she greet me with a smile, she also was running around helping all of her team members. While the smoothie was food on its own right, I am definitely going to be coming back for the service that Emily provided. Keep it up and you’ll go far!

Ive been to the Zionsville tropical smoothie , and I had a lot of good things to say about them, and this location is no different! Admittedly, I was a bit nervous, it was pretty busy before I walked inn and only continued to get busier, but the people behind the counter really came through, I was shocked how fast they got my stuff out, not to mention the taste..The sunrise sunset is a top 2 and it sure aint second

The blonde manager girl was so helpful being patient with me and helping me decide what I wanted. She was also super sweet and made my visit worth while. I’ll definitely be back in the future :)

The Spenser Effect
The blonde assistant manager was overcharging me for substitute chicken—she tried to charge an extra $2.50 per item, even though it’s only $1 when ordering through the app. I pointed out that other staff usually ring it up at the correct price, and instead of acknowledging the mistake or fixing it, she said she’d “get onto them,” which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. That’s not how a good manager should handle a customer concern. I won’t be back—and if you care about fair pricing and decent service, I’d skip this place too.

No issues, my girls liked it. Maybe not the best place for those with nut allergies, but they went out of their way to clean for us. There is ingredient storage above the blenders, so cross contamination was possible. They did well to accommodate us, and all was fine. We came in near closing, and cleanup activities were underway. Prices were ok, a little elevated. No issues.
Dietary restrictions: GF options are available, and nuts are in use.
