No issues, my girls liked it. Maybe not the best place for those with nut allergies, but they went out of their way to clean for us. There is ingredient storage above the blenders, so cross contamination was possible. They did well to accommodate us, and all was fine. We came in near closing, and cleanup activities were underway. Prices were ok, a little elevated. No issues.

Dietary restrictions: GF options are available, and nuts are in use.

Ordered 2 smoothies and 2 quesadillas. They gave me my smoothies , but after waiting 10-15 minutes they asked what I was waiting on and I said my food!šŸ™„ They forgot to make my food! Won’t be back to this location again. By the way I was the only customer there.

I was bummed that protein powder couldn’t be added to the aƧaĆ bowl, but Angelica gave me other options. She was informative regarding the menu letting me know the aƧaĆ smoothie could be made with added protein powder. She mentioned that I could also add granola and that if I didn’t like it she would remake it. I’m leaving this review because she was very sweet and had great customer service. Not enough people in customer service get recognition and Angelica deserves some recognition. Thanks for making a great smoothie and being pleasant and helpful in a stressful job.

Angelique was so sweet and accommodating. When I couldn’t alter a menu item, she went out of her way to give me a little test sample just to see if I would like it after ordering something else. When the system was down and payment couldn’t go through, they comped my meal as well. Overall, a wonderful experience the staff was great.

Just when you finally think you found a fast location they take 25 minutes to make two smoothies and two sandwiches. This just solidifies that it is time for me to get my own blender at home and make my own smoothies. Every single tropical smoothie location nearby is painfully slow.

Oddly enough, I like the food more than the smoothies. Smoothies are good too. We order food from here often. Good stuff. Most staff are friendly but some seemed a little irritated during the day. Their jobs are tough so I’ll cut them some slack.

im a junk food fan, but tropical smoothie is a healthy eating place that ACTUALLY tastes good! theres an enormous variety (i prefer bahama mama and sunrise/sunset ??) but even beyond food, the workers are crazy fast AND have excellent customer service. place is always clean, i always see at least one person sweeping/cleaning/even going around making sure all the seats are pushed in. color me impressed!
of course its a little on the pricey side, but youre paying for fresh ingredients that are GOOD for you. ive never tried the food here, but my family asks me to pick something up alllll the time lol.
oh yeah one last thing, i stopped in while they were running a children's hunger fundraising campaign, its awesome to see initiative in the community! cant help but give a shoutout to karen for a big donation ive seen other cool organizations here every once in a while too :) so so nice to see

overall this place rocks! thanks yall!! ?

My girlfriend ordered an AƇAƍ bowl for us and when I took the first spoon the base tasted expired or maybe the fruits were . Either way immediately threw up what was in my mouth. So frustrating especially when you pay 10$ for a bowl from a ā€œfreshā€ store.

Painfully slow and the aƧaƭ bowl although tasty was loaded with a very sugary granola. So much for the healthy benefits. At $13 with taxes and tip not the best value
