When you order ahead of time in the app. it is the best time saver! About 90% of the time, my order is done within the expected time slot. Smoothies taste great and the options are plenty. My go to is always made correctly.

Honestly my new favorite go to! All the staff is so friendly!! The food is amazing!! The smoothies are delicious!! 10 out of 10 recommend this location on 116th!!
Good tasting food and smoothie. The food portion was okay, but not impressive. I put in an online order, got there and still had to wait 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be done The bag the food came in says you're on tropical time now. Fitting. I had plant based protein subbed in for chicken and that seemed to have a part in the hold up, so maybe reconsider if you want to order that and are in a rush.

I absolutely love the smoothies and my favorite is the one with the strawberries, mango and orange juice! My favorite wrap was the Jerk Chicken wrap! Delicious!

Every time I come in the guys that work here ask me irrelevant inappropriate questions as I’m just trying to get a smoothie or food. It’s reoccurring for me and other people I know and it’s annoying

I normally don’t even make reviews but today I will. The staff is always great Bravo to them.. but the Manager……for some reason now DOES NOT allow them to give the extras from the smoothie they make (if there is any left over). I even asked to pay for them and was denied. Every other store allows this but they DONT anymore!!!! so I guess I just go to the other stores location. Your just pouring it down the drain anyway I don’t see why the change

Everybody working on National Smootie Day was amazing!!! This was my first time in and I was nervous but I loved their energy, customer service, and team work!!! If you’re their boss reading this, go give props to your team. They were all excellent!! I can only specifically remember Amaya, CJ, and Augustus but I know you can look back at the cheshire and thank each and everyone of them for representing the company so well!! ❤️❤️Love seeing young ppl thrive in business! Keep it up y’all & don’t let any Karen’s get to you!!! ????I’ll definitely be back at this location specifically!!

If you're thinking about eating here or applying here, please save your breath. This place does not care for either employees or customers. The products that they use are expired and there is no clear system for employees to check and make sure the item is fresh before throwing it in your food. If you want a smoothie, just go to smoothie king. For people that are contemplating applying here, save it. Go apply somewhere else. The training process is horrendous and management does not care about your wellbeing, just your labor.
