This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The service was not just bad — it was chaotic and downright disrespectful. Multiple servers bumped into our table (and into us) while rushing by, without so much as an apology. At one point, a server shattered a plate with our food on it, and a shard actually cut someone's leg at our table. No one checked on us or offered anything to make it right. To make matters worse, the staff was audibly arguing with each other in the background the entire time. It made for an incredibly uncomfortable dining atmosphere, like we were caught in the middle of their drama. Our server seemed annoyed to even be dealing with us, and the overall attitude from the team was careless and unprofessional.

Delicious food, nice ambience. Husband enjoyed his beers and the kids really enjoyed their food as well! Our waitress was attentive and did a great job! Would definitely come back if in the area again!

Really good beer and food. Garlic burger was delicious (ask for more garlic sauce if you a garlic fan, its not too garlicky).
Wheat beer was fantastic. Surprised it wasn’t too busy on a Friday night.
Chicharons, especially the sauce, were amazing. The seasoning is a bit spicy, so ask for it without if you’re not a spicy fan.

we ordered a few apetizers, burgers, and beers. i tried futily to get a good bite out of the nachos. i failed on each hunt for something crunchy along with something cheesy and soft and maybe a little saucy. i only got a stale dry welded dissapointment. the fries and dipping sauce were good. my sister cut off a bite of her tenderloin for me which was dry, lifeless and overcooked. i could get better results with a frozen tenderloin and a microwave. my burger actually came out rare like i ordered. the bun was soft and well sized. but that part of the story also had an unhappy ending as the bacon on the burger was dry charcoal. my dog would surely have spat it out. overall a dissapointment and not worth the return trip even though the staff were level headed and nice.

Upland has really upped its eating game. So many great choices I had a hard time deciding what to order. I ended up with a salmon BLT sandwich which was tasty, with a side of blue cheese cole slaw, also good. Our service was exceptional. Unfortunately it was lunch and I couldn't partake in my favorite Upland brew, Champagne Velvet. Another time, Upland, as I'll be back!

The Chocolate & Cherry Bread Pudding is good, but get the sauce on the SIDE! It's VERY TART! Clean and trendy atmosphere and very good parking. Thank you for a wonderful lunch experience ???
